INTRODUCTION
The work ethic of person represents his character and qualities to achieve its
professional standards. It is component which defined that how a person comes to work
and conduct himself on the job. To being on time is one of core qualities of
professionalism. Professional person is responsible to carry out his responsibilities and
they have to take action in order to resolve the issues (Andersson and Köpsén, 2015). On
the other hand, Dual professionalism teachers and trainers in sector who are dual
professionals and they are having depth knowledge about the subject or vocational
expertise.
With help of continuous professional development, they can able to maintain
subject specialism, skills and knowledge which helps to teach effectively and its
strengthening both aspect of life (Carlson and Lewis, 2015). In addition to this, the
present report is based on concept of professionalism and Dual professionalism in
training, ways which influence professional values and roles of stakeholder and external
bodies in education and training and impact of being accountable to stakeholders and
external bodies on curriculum design.
TASK 1
Introduction
In this task, research consider on special area that help to produce reflective
account. As results, it includes professionalism and dual-professionalism impact on
education and training. Values could also influence practices in the areas of specialism to
meet with effective work performances. For instance, meeting with organisational
policies and procedure, audit, etc.
1.1 Concept of professionalism and dual professionalism in education and training.
Professional education is one of the most formalized approach to have specialized
training in professional skills with help of which participants acquire knowledge and
learn the things effectively. In this, it can be said that the essence of professionalism is
the delivery of service in response to social need. In addition to this, growth and
development of a profession is a function of specific needs.

subject or vocational expertise as well teaching and training expertise with help of
approach as continuous professional development they can able to maintain
professionalism and skills and knowledge requires teaching effectively (Cloete, 2016).
They must have personal commitment to reflect and share expertise with professional
colleagues to innovate and learn the best national and international practices. The term
dual professionalism is term in which vocational and special and training experts work as
top committed to maintaining and developing the expertise in both aspects and it is also
helpful to ensure the best outcomes. Furthermore, continuous professional development
is helpful to process best learning among the individuals (Cruess, Cruess and Steinert,
2016). The term dual professional is relates to person who is expertise into two course at
a time and he is having depth knowledge about the things.
On the other hand, professionalism can be termed out as the things in which
person focusses over the expected of professional and core values of professionalism and
that person is experts in his own professionalism. The professional educator work as to
provide the knowledge as per the needs of student in terms to their educational context
and it is limited to knowledge they are having in subjects. Thus, teacher can aware about
the students well and this function will be inclusive of the diverse linguistic, cultural and
religious backgrounds.

practice in area of specialism.
In this, professional areas are the core of standards which define the way of
conducting the responsibilities. The values are need to be demonstrated with help of
professional relationship and practices between the teachers so that things can be
undertaken effectively (Esmond and Wood, 2017). In this, connection between the
values and practices are need to be regularly considered over the period. This is the value
which is helpful in order to demonstrate professional relationship and practice.
Furthermore, values are difficult and it is helpful in shaping the person as professionals.

In this, stakeholders are the individuals or institution which can impact on the
performance and outcomes in differed context. The external bodies in educations and
training will be inclusive of stakeholder analysis, regulatory bodies, standard setting
bodies, awarding bodies, learners and educators etc. It will be discussed in below context
as are-
Regulatory bodies- In this, regulatory bodies plays main role in order to improve quality
of education. They are the person who regulates the system of education and take

initiatives step in order to improvise it (Tilburt, 2014). The one of the main role is to
using of expert knowledge and skills to enhance the curriculum.
Learner- He is the person who get the knowledge and develop himself so that he is able
to undertake its activities effectively. Being the trained and skilled he is able to develop
the professionalism among himself.
Awarding bodies- It is an examination board which works as to set examination and
award qualification. This not provides the courses which leads to have the qualification.
It is empowered to make the awards or award qualification. Thus, it can be said that
professional organisation will direct the teacher so that they can conduct their activities
effectively.
Educators- They are crucial part in education and training facilities. They must carry
their activities effectively. With help of providing effective and proper knowledge they
can develop the proper education among the individual.
Standard setting bodies- This are the bodies who will be inclusive of organisation
whose primary focus over activities as are developing, coordinating, revising, amending
and interpreting the activities so that education institution can able to carry out the
activities effectively (Powers and et.al., 2016).
3.2 Description on the impact of external bodies in education and training.
In order to be accountable to external bodies, there are number of ways which has
great impact in professional role and work. They works as to establish the policies so that
all activities can be directed effectively. The main role of stakeholder to implement the
polices so that learning, safety as well as expectation and quality can be improved
(Cloete, 2016). In this, it can be said that organisational work as professional identity
examine the all things in effective and creative manner.
Improvement of free schools, offering guardians openings that build up claim
