use so as to effectively manage the resources of the organization like human resource that is staff members for the continuity
and smooth operations of the organization.

information on certain operational issues.

 To summarize the relevant literature based on the research problem that is professional
research and communication on data mining, the purpose of the research is enable the

• During the research process, two variables were applied in measurement of data that were collected based on the research question provided above in the
presentation that is independent variable and depend variable.
• The two identified relates in a way that independent variable can be controlled or manipulated by external forces while dependent variable are manipulated by
changes in independent variable .

• Interviewing. This is the process of developing list of questions to be asked to a group of people or sampled household on the research problem according to their
level of understanding, academic background and professions i.e. question about type of products offered to the market, pricing and quality of services.
• Documentation method . Documentation process entails collecting of data from the published books and journals or newspapers with the same content and topic
on the issues at hand that’s the research problem which is based on data mining.

 Questionnaires. Questionnaire entails a set of written questions with spaces left for the response provided the by the
respondents about the research problem in order to retrieve information from the sampled population.
 Questionnaires can be mechanically developed by creating possible questions related to the topic provided for
research with spaces left for the respondents which are easy to formulate and understand as they only require a yes or
no responses from the sampled population.
Recommendation
1. From the professional research conducted, the management body of every organization should consider updating
their data regularly so as to ensure updated information based on the market trend and other external factors on their
operation.
