Introduction
There are certain challenges included in the duration of any individual these challenges finders to
acknowledge as well as it also reflects the certain effects in the oral organisation there are
various challenges involved here by in this report where the meaning for child will be to analyse
these challenges along with their effects the Spectre the Tesco organisation it is a leading retail
company which is situated in United Kingdom an has a diverse market range comprising of
European territories and all the other states of United Kingdom. The main challenges that have
been observed in this project are project presentation challenge, t-shirt challenge, debate
challenge and hotel challenge.
Certain skills are also evaluated in the context of these challenges to effectively overcome
negative effects and to enhance the positivity and effectiveness from the outcomes and actual
practices of these skills in the particle environment of facing these challenges. While the action
plan will also determine the proper course of action that will be needed to reflect the steps and
activities that will be carried out for effective working in this challenges.

PRESENTATION CHALLENGE
ANALYSIS OF CHALLENGE
The presentation challenge is basically inside on the effectual operations and the conduct
of certain evolutions regarding the market conditions within the the boundaries of retail
industries altogether to examine the work nature, services, products, performance as well as the
behaviour of the company. The performances that are carried out by Tesco is significantly
opposing to its competitive forces in the retail field of United Kingdom. The major competition
that is faced are LIDL,ASDA and ALDI.
DISCUSSION OF SKILLS
The major point that is needed in order to face the challenges considered as the skills
letter needed to be possessed by an individual or the present in terms of giving an effective
presentation this presentation is certainly supported by the effective communication of an
individual as I identify the effective communication and a good floor along with the better
knowledge of language and grammar the skills are effectively needed in order to present any idea
or theory in front of various people with different mind set that I believe to focus on the skills by
facing the presentation challenge. The good communication is a Foundation to make any
conversation effective as well as optimise with full of positive results. The data and certain
information that have been gathered in respect of Tesco PLC. Will also be needed to create a
presentation and it will also help to remove the weaknesses of me while having a conversation as
I can work on the weak points of mine while having a profession and getting ready for the
presentation
ACTION PLAN
This is a crucial factor that is needed to be considered by me in relation to Tesco plc. I
thank you dad that in order to enhance the level of effectiveness in the presentation and gradually
make the presentation more sound and beneficial to the audience as well as for me the plan is
device in the three main steps the first step of my will be to evaluate the current presentation
skills in the university and then I will take necessary all the workshops and I will train under
professionals that will help me e to acknowledge all the essential elements that are needed to
convey the messages through presentation. The third step is to tractors all the information and
knowledge by giving the small presentations in educational groups and through online mediums.

T-SHIRT CHALLENGE
ANALYSIS OF CHALLENGE
T-Shirt Challenge is mostly related to evaluation of logo. It is mainly to a brand name
Allstar Allistair. Overall challenge must be satisfy in the given budget of $200. Along with this
evaluation of organisation target market is required (Schubert, E., 2016). This challenge turn out
be very most effective as it offer appropriate insight about finance plus branding which is
required be M N most effectively study through an enterprises. Further with the help of this
challenge learning related to determining target market along with that the manner in which
branding most effectively aids in attracting large base of customers can be ensured.
DISCUSSION OF SKILLS
There are number of skills with the help of which whole challenge can be suitably
undertaken as to accomplish whole challenge. In this, teamwork turn out to be first skill in which
with the determinative addition of different persons and common purposes can be suitably
satisfied. Further it has been affirm that my soft skills are very much enhanced with the help of
which I can most effectively capable to assimilate individuals towards logo development.
ACTION PLAN
As to suitably satisfy plus enhance proficiency of my time management skills in the time
period of 3 years, I would take appropriate feedbacks from evaluators as to suitably evaluated the
aspects within which I feel to be weak in (Davis plus et. al., 2015). Along to this, training
programmes, MS Excel plus workshops undertaken to me as to enhance my skills plus
proficiency to work with this software.

The Hotel Challenge required the execution of a number of tasks that needed me to apply
several skills plus competencies to most effective analysis. The task was simulation of a hotel
which consisted of 4 sites to which tenders were given through a number of individuals. The
challenge required me to make use of some skills plus improve the others to professional
development.
DISCUSSION OF SKILLS
It has been examined that there are various kind of skills and abilities that are required to
be developed as to satisfy overall challenge. Within this, critical thinking is first skill in which
most effective decisions are required to be undertaken as per according to situation. Along to this
time management skill turn out to be another skill in which I suitably miss.
ACTION PLAN
It is essential to me to enhance my time management plus critical thinking skills so as to
ensure that the activities of the hotel challenge are completed in a timely manner. to this purpose,

I would entertain meeting with my supervisors and along with that I will join classes for time
management.
