The aim of learner development plan is to gain information about different aspects such
as managing yourself and time as well as mind maps, essay planning, referencing and many
more. The major strength of this development plan includes growth and improvement in different
skills or capabilities of individual. Barriers which have affected learners development plan
consist of different issues related to time management. There are various aspects which needs to
be learned by individual and because of lack of time is the major problem which influence over
performance. It is crucial to develop effective strategies that will assist in overcome with
barriers. In order to deal with lack of time barriers it is important to develop effective plan or
schedule that assist in successfully completing required task in set time frame.

It has been analysed that gender mixed school provide more learning and development
opportunities to individual which is too valuable as compare to single gender schooling. Genders
may have different learning approach and practices that will lead to have direct impact on overall
their capabilities and performance. It has been determined that different approaches of learning
and possess various attributes. This is consider to be significant only serves to illuminate the
other gender on different way which can lead to learning to approach task as well as activities. It
has been determined that schools in UK as well as other countries are now focusing on rejecting
the notion of homework for school children. It has been determined that homework will have
little or no support with in the apparent increase in educational attainment. Homework is

I have learned different aspects and elements in this module that is significant for
increasing my overall capabilities and potential. Learning form this will have significant impact
on my skills and potential as well as I will be able to enhance my capabilities for future
employability. During this module I have identified that there are different aspects which needs
to be learned by individual in order to increase performance. I have gained information regarding
managing myself and time with the motive of using time in more effective and efficient manner.
I have learned regarding different methods of assessment, presentation and mind maps. I is very
important for my developing employability skills and performance. Academic writing is essential
for successfully gain desired academic objectives and improve overall academic potential. This
module is significant for enhancing or increasing my capabilities regarding essay planning and
writing. I have gained information regarding referencing that will assist me in correctly collect
and use data which is beneficial successfully and accurately conducting required practices. I have
identified that importance of effective literature searches as well as avoiding plagiarism. Through
this I am able to make my work more authentic and accurate which is significant enhancing my
academic knowledge. I have analysed that there are are different learning theory/ styles and
assignment that will support for e- portfolio. Learning and information gained through this
module will lead to have significant impact on my overall performance and capabilities. This is
effective for overall personal as well as professional growth that will assist in attaining desired
