INTRODUCTION
Reflect and improve practices are related with thinking about what has been done in order
to make improvement in the overall practices. It is related with reflecting perspective what can
be done in order to achieve better results (McNiff, 2013). This is valuable in identifying needs
which are related with own development plans. This report is based on methods of self-
appraisals, personal development plans, evaluation of feedback system and networking
connections.

a) Main ideas related with professional self-management
There are three main ideas which are linked with self-management and these are
described as:
Stress resistance: The most important skill is to handle the stressful situations in
effective ways. This skill of self-management are useful in removing all the mistakes that are
result of stressful condition. This is because in the situation of stress persons block their ability to
think effective solution by which problem can be solved in effective ways.
Problem Solving: The next skill is related with making the brains to work in order to
take correct decisions for the problems. The challenges which are very difficult should also be
handled in effective ways. This is valuable in taking proper decisions for all the difficulties
arising at business.
Communication: This is the most important skill which are used in different methods in
order to convey the important information which evaluates the path for achieving goals and
success. This is helpful in development of effective skills and achievement of self-management
tasks.
b) Methods of self-appraisal
There are various methods used for self-appraisals which are called as Performance
evaluation.
I my own performance evaluation will address all the factors that were useful for me in
achieving success so that I can achieve growth and development. The factors that are creating
problems in order to business have to be accessed so that they can be resolved in order to achieve
good results. If the performance are evaluated than they are useful in analysing those areas which

have to be focused in order to long term growth. It can be also be done by evaluating the past
performances so that necessary improvements can be made for achieving success in present
working areas.
c) Inputs given by supervisor and Peer
The inputs which were given by the supervisor and the co-workers about performances
were useful in helping them to make changes in their current performances in order to achieve
success. These persons know better about myself as I am working with them sharing my
knowledgeable with them so they can easily judge my week points where I need to make
changes (Ritchie and et. al., 2013). The supervisor knows very well about my strengths by which
I can easily do all my works in effective ways so I can use my skills in order to achieve good and
effective results so that they can help me to grow.

Evaluating effects of values, belief and behaviour on work place relationship
There are various effects of values and beliefs while performing the work operations
executed with the clients.
Values: These are described as the standard rules or policies that group has to follow
while performing their business activities. They are guiding the person sin which they will
achieve well and effective results by performing all the business operations in planned ways.
These are very important factors as they helps a person to follow the right path in order to
achieve success and growth. Values helps in building strong relationship with other employees
so that works can be executed in planned ways as it was expected by the higher authorities.
Belief: These are the factors which are evolving from the real life situations but they are
not working the same way as what is happening in life at the present time (What is self-
management, 2017). These factors affect the quality of working and hampers the relationship at
work places because persons are also having there believe in those things which they have
noticed as they have visited them by their own eyes thus have a belief that these factors are
happening at business place.
Behaviour: This the most important factor which have to be considered at the work place.
Behaviour implies the attitude of persons as he is cooperative with other employees in
completing his work or he is rational thinking about his own work.
