INTRODUCTION
Professional skills are known as the skills required by students for managing and
handling various projects at organisations. The present report is based on the abilities and skills
of students which are helpful in managing the different activities and tasks. While attending
different sessions at college, there are numerous opportunities that a student can choose for
managing the work assigned by the managers and executives. In the end of this report, there is

and/or employment. This report will help in providing the student proper knowledge about what
is to be done in his professional as well as academic life for getting success.
TASK 1
Effective communication skills
There are various skills which are needed by a student for or attaining success in different
projects. One of the skills that is needed by student for or doing his work in organised manner is
having an effective communication skill. this helps in talking to different people and professors
for knowing and solving different type of problems. While the academic tenure, it is important
for me to manage the projects and tasks in proper manner. For doing so, there is need of having
good interpersonal skills and analytical skills. Good communication skills enables me to make
different tasks and project work easy as there will be other individuals with whom I can talk to
for doing the project work properly. This is very important for me to develop communications
care so that he can consult different professors and seniors for accomplishing the projects
assigned to him. Communication skills are helpful in in academic as well as professional
projects. there are various tasks and activities involved in organisational culture where a good
communicator is benefited. It is very important for me to develop the communication ability so
that it will be easy for them to convince seniors and executives when they will be working in
organisations. Academic tenure is the best period where I can develop my skills and grow
towards becoming a successful while attending various sessions in colleges and universities. I
have numerous opportunities by which it is easy for me to manage the way in which different
tasks are done. By having good communication, I can make other people understand what are
the different problems and issues which are faced by other people while working together. Good
communication will help in developing good experiences as well as bad experiences with people

who are working together. In the college time, there were different researches and projects which
have to be conducted. While conducting the researches, I have to consult various professors as
well as seniors for solving the doubts related to the research topic. A good communication skill
will help me to manage the research work as well as project work appropriately. On the other
hand, if I am not able to talk to people and if I hesitate, there will be lot of problems faced by
him as he will not be confident while talking to other professors and seniors. Thus,
communication skills must be developed in order to manage the work effectively. While
attending the academic sessions and classes, I have developed communication skills and I am
confident in talking to different people. This skills will help me in future to conduct various
major researches and projects. A good communicator is able to create bonds and relationships
with people easily. This will help in developing good relationships with senior executives while
working in organisations. This will help the person to grow and get promoted by doing well in
organisational projects. There are various ways of developing communication skills such as face
to face meetings, having an open discussion on any topic and expressing your thoughts and
views about any concept. While working together, there are various cases in which I have to
develop good relation so that they can attain the goals effectively. This is possible if there is
presence of good communication.

I have effective communication skills and these have helped in attaining organisational
goals. These are helpful in managing different tasks and projects for completing my projects and
tasks in proper manner. By having god communication, I am grateful to manage my work in
effective manner and build good relations with my seniors while working for the company. It is
very important for me to analyse and evaluate what are the factors which leads to creating a good
management at workplace. There is need of having a good communication so that all work is
done in an effective manner. It is very essential concept about me as a student's life that he must
be skillful so that he can achieve goals in specified time frame. As a student, first priority is to
get a good job which will help in using skills while conducting various projects in the company.
Several meetings are are organised in organisations for discussing about various organisational
goals. Thus, it is essential to have good communication which help in in having an open

From the above discussion, it is analysed that I must excel in various skills so that it is
easy for me to attain organisational goals. While working in organisation, the main motive of is
to improve my skills and do proper work. This is helpful for me to become a better professional.
