INTRODUCTION
Reflection is a term that depicts an individual's overall progress and self-assessment. It is
helpful in analysing significant skills that reflect certain areas in which an individual requires
appropriate growth and development (Ruge and McCormack, 2017). Aside from that, it is useful
for explaining the significant steps that people took to improve their significant learning
approaches. Furthermore, the study aims to focus on appropriate skills that are concerned with
employability skills, such as communication, research skills, teamwork, time management, and
problem solving, among others.
MAIN BODY
Gibbs Reflective model
Gibbs reflective model is helpful in achieving successful change and enhancement of
overall skills by tackling the most pressing issues (Madichie and Gbadamosi, 2017). In this
respect, the VARK questionnaire is beneficial in terms of professional growth activities, which is
beneficial to my employability skills. The following are some of the main steps which are
discussed as underneath:
Description: Individuals prefer to classify and explain appropriate situations, incidents,
and behaviours in depth at this point without coming to an effective conclusion. It asks a few key
questions, such as what happened, who was involved, what did you do yourself, other activities,
and the outcome of the actions taken. This aspect represents when my co-workers and I are
working on the same project, which is related to the company’s significant growth in a prominent
field.
In this regard, I prefer to take several steps and need to improve my skills by performing
different tasks based on appropriate skills and capabilities (Brown and Rich, 2016). In this
regard, when performing various tasks, I must effectively reflect relevant skills and information
by using my own capabilities to represent stuff and depict the that I must effectively improve my
numeracy and ICT skills as I am unable to gather and pursue prominent facts that are useful in
conducting effective planning and recognising overabundance.
Furthermore, it enables me to effectively analyse the appropriate development of skills,
for which I suitably complete the VARK questionnaire in terms of describing prominent
activities in terms of selecting and enhancing appropriate skills for which I need effective

development and guidance from my supervisors in terms of participating in other programmes to
obtain appropriate training for the future performance (Mohsin, Halim and Farhana, 2017).
Feelings: Prominent emotions and feelings are represented during the stage, as well as
prominent intentions such as the suitable feelings during the situation, a look back on the
situation, and also tends to depict the suitable feelings, according to this point. I prominently
work on the project by appropriately collaborating with my co-workers and other colleagues,
which has turned into my overall responsibility in terms of determining the appropriate needs to
provide successful results in terms of the need for direction and assistance in completing the
overall performance within the specified time frame (Griggs and et. al., 2018).
In addition, I must obtain permission from my co-workers and effectively ask them to do
things in accordance with their motivation levels. Aside from that, I feel very descriptive, which
is not understood by most of the team members who are putting forth their best efforts in terms
of the team's overall success in terms of achieving successful goals and objectives by delivering
appropriate information in terms of developing confusion among team members who are putting
forth their best efforts in terms of communication with group members.
Evaluation: In terms of conducting appropriate evaluation in the event and depicting the
prominent contribution, this stage effectively depicts the appropriate evaluation of the overall
experience for the prominent approach and working manner. It effectively depicts a significant
factor in terms of doing the right things, which reflects the overall quality of data and
information that is appropriately given to my co-workers when taking into account good
performance (Owens and Gibb, 2017).
Furthermore, because of my numeracy and ICT skills, I have a lot of problems predicting
and completing projects, which causes me to lose confidence in my subordinates' ability to
perform well. In addition, my interpersonal and communication abilities, as well as my problem-
solving skills, have been evaluated in relation to the project, which went well due to effective
understanding and cooperation from my employees, who demonstrated constructive behaviour in
terms of achieving significant goals and objectives in a short period of time.
Along with this, it leads to represent that I am very good at having team working and
time management skills, which is useful for me in terms of managing and accomplishing my
appropriate goals and objectives to my co-workers, which is useful for me in terms of making

outcome for a person. By considering the situation, it is clear that my interpersonal and
communication skills, as well as my problem-solving abilities, are very fine.
Meanwhile, my teamwork and time management skills are average, which helps me
complete the overall task in a reasonable amount of time and maintain good relations with my
managers for potential tasks and projects. In addition, my contact quality is efficient in gaining
confidence and faith from my co-workers, which is beneficial to the organisation in terms of
keeping them for a longer period of time (Garcia-Palao, Oltra-Mestre and Coughlan, 2019). In
addition, I recognise that my teamwork is effective in terms of providing appropriate information
to other team members in order to build trust and effective connections.
Conclusion: Following an effective analysis of prominent information, it was discovered
that a number of skills are beneficial in providing prominent information and effective messages
to my subordinates who effectively listen to my opinions and thoughts whilst also carrying out
the message to my subordinates in order to effectively listen to my thoughts and make things
clear for the achievement (Bedford, Malmi and Sandelin, 2016).
It is also determined that appropriate listening is beneficial so workers are more likely to
provide appropriate strategies for successful working. Furthermore, it is determined that there are
many skills, including mine, in terms of ICT and numeracy, in which I am not proficient in the
effective development of future tasks, as by doing so, I become more knowledgeable in the
development of future tasks, and these skills are useful in analysing upcoming risks for effective
planning.
Action plan:
To boost numeracy and ICT skills by taking into account the influential assistance that is
beneficial to managers and supervisors in order to achieve successful growth in just three
months.
In order to have successful learning when contemplating the appropriate production of
ICT and numeracy for this project, I need to take into account prominent input from top-
level management.

Aside from that, I will have to attend a number of lectures, training techniques, and
workshops in order to improve these skills, which will help me advance in my career.
CONCLUSON
By considering the above discussion, it is concluded that developing employability skills
is critical for achieving significant growth and development. In this regard, providing and
developing successful analysis about the prominent growth and development of individuals
toward personal and professional growth and development is beneficial to the organisation. In
this case, the Gibbs reflective model is used in terms of analysing and developing a proper
success factor.
