INTRODUCTION
Portfolio is summarised account of individual experiences that they go through it include
records that can be further review by individual in order to enhance their learning with past
experience in effective manner (Folianto, Low and Yeow, 2015). Project include individual
reflective account that involve resection in which reflection of performance in group
presentation, academic and professional skill scope of improvement and development plan is
included.
Reflect on performance in the group presentation
Within this reflection of my performance in group presentation is been discussed by me
that duly facilitate different type of changes within. During the group presentation there were lot
of things and knowledge about different topics that have been acquired by me, that will aid me in
gaining future growth development. While have performance group presentation it has been
identified by me that I mainly lack in communication skills and find difficulty to effectively
communicate with others. However they were different type of measures identified by me
through which I can enhance my communication skill in effective manner. Further it has been
evaluated by me that I am having strong interpersonal skill that help me in developing my
personality and academic performance (van Seggelen-Damen and van Dam, 2016). Along with
this I understand the importance of time management skill within an individual life. During the
group presentation I improved my time management skill in order to effectively imprecise upon
each and every task accordingly. In this I maintain to- do- list to accomplish my all objectives
and activities in time effective manner. Further it has been identified by me that in the course of
group presentation cooperative skill have been improved by me through which I can allow
myself to easily work with other individuals in effective manner. I also acquired leadership skill
through which I motivate other individual to accomplish their responsibilities and roles in a well
defined and effective manner.
However it has been identified by me that there are a number of mistakes that I made
during group presentation. By evaluating all these past mistakes I learnt to overcome them in
future by adopting different skills and measures. This evaluation of my past mistakes helps me to
undertake new opportunities to enhance my knowledge on different aspects. During the
presentation confidence and interpersonal skill provided me significant advantages through

which I flawlessly perform my roles and responsibility. These skills also facilitate me to
undertake different type of measures in order to enhance the skills in which I lack in. Thus, it has
been evaluated that by overcoming skills like communication and technical I can effectively able
to enhance my personal as well as professional growth as all these skills aid an individual to
undertake many future advantages through which one can perform their roles as well as
responsibilities in best effective manner. All these knowledge, understanding, skills and learning
helped me to efficiently manage all my communication skill, interpersonal skills and time
management skills while completing this presentation.
The task of group presentation are very important for a student and help them in their
academic carer. In my situation also all the academic presentation & groups activities that were
allotted to me by my teacher was of great help in developing a competence that can help me in
future process of skill enhancement. I was able to understand the key requirement of skills that
are every important top work for a group presentation. In this first was effective utilisation of
available team members in which our leader assigned all the activities by following the principle
of work break down structure in which we all the task were divided in smaller groups and then
further allotted to its nature. In this I was assigned the role of collecting all the materials that
were required to effectively deliver the final presentation according to our pre selected topic on
which we actually had to represent our views and opinions. In the starting period I was feeling
very overburden with responsibilities & was not able to take out proper time in order to perform
all the assigned activities. But soon I started feeling that I had to work towards my time
management skills so that I am able to complete all the assigned duties according to the time
deadlines which were strictly defined by our team leader since the starting of work. So, I made a
time table in which I specified which activity can be completed in the minimum assigned time
period. After which everything got little simpler as I was working according to these deadlines
and my work was getting completed without making any compromise on the number of tasks
that were allotted to me. Along with it I also learnt the skill of managing the work by utilising the
time in the most productive manner.
This project work taught me about the advantages of having more hands for making work
together. There were many times situations of internal conflicts as each student as a group
members had their own individual personality that was completely different from each other &
lead to creation of views that might contrast each other. As our Team leader was using the

democratic style for managing the team so there was a equal consideration & importance that
was given to view point of each member. But we all manage through by understanding this and
then developing measures that these smaller conflict cannot affect the way we are working
towards our ultimate presentation. These situations help me in maintaining my productivity
towards my work and overall role in course of team presentation. I also learnt management skills
that is most crucial in my future professional career when I will be working in the corporate
environment. Practical skills that are learnt with help of group presentations play a very
important role in shaping the personality of a individual in a more positive manner by learning of
skills like communication, time management and it has been reflected clearly in the course of
this group task.

According to the discussion it has been identified by me that I mainly lack in two skills
that are technical and communication skill. These skills play key essential role in an individual
personal and professional life, as with the help of communication skill individual can
communicate their views perceptions to other individuals in a well defined and effective manner.
Communication skill provides effective sense of expressions to an individual that aim them in
delivering their ideology and thoughts among others. In terms with technical skills it has been
evaluated that due to increase in technological presence around the world technical skill mainly
facilitate effective education or profession (Barnes, Ernst and Hyde, 2017). Thus these skills
provides different type of benefit or advantage thus, by leveraging efficient technical skills I can
not only perform my roles and responsibility with great proficiency but also assure long-term
success. Further it been evaluated that communication skills proves to be effective through which
an individual can effectively allow themselves to communicate their ideas and viewpoint among
other in a well defined and effective manner. In addition to this, according to the evaluation it
has been determined that problem solving skill also allow person resolve problems and issues in
a well defined and effective framework of time. This skill can not only allow person to gain
significant benefit in their personal life but can also gain number of benefits in a professional
life. All these skills play key essential role in a person life through which they can gain number
of benefits. In addition to this, it has been determined that all these skills can be effectively
gained by me with the assistance of coaching and online training schedules. Along with this,
according to evaluation this has been duly determined by me that all these can skills significantly

aid me to gain various form of benefits through which I can assure numerous form of advantages
as well as benefits. These skills not only provides me personal growth but also allow me to
increase my future development benefits. Along with this, according to evaluation significant
advantages and benefits can be gained through which I can assure my career growth. With the
help of these skills I can effectively allow myself to enhance my personal and professional
growth efficiency. Along with this, it has been evaluated that by undertaking advantage of
different type of skills I can accomplish my aim and objectives in a well defined and effective
manner. In addition to this, these skills not only aid me to significantly improve my performance
but also benefit me to make increase in my quality and accuracy, along with this with the
assistance of different types of skills I can find various form of new measures through which I
can make increase in my level of curiosity and imagination. Cooperation, confidence and
collaboration are also some of the certain form of skills that I can developed by learning different
type of new skills. It significantly increases my creativity and teamwork which is essential for
me to ensure success in my personal and professional career.
Develop an action plan
Action Plan assists an individual to evaluate their weaker areas that hinders their process of
a completing desired objectives and goals within appropriate time frame (Olson, Dune and
Lessey, 2016). In context to this action plan proves to be an effective measure through which
development and improvement in certain knowledge and skills can be undertaken while
identifying shortcomings. According to my evaluation I mainly lack in two essential skill that are
communication skill and Technical skill. In order to overcome this action plan is being
formulated by me through which I can accomplish my objectives in significant time period.
Further according to evaluation it has been identified by me that action plan can significantly
allow person to identify certain form of skills through which they can gain number of benefits in
their personal as well as professional life. In addition to this action plan will guide an individual
to particular skill and set target to overcome the required skills in order to gain future growth.
Along with this, it evaluation also states that a person can effectively allow themselves to set
target of skills that are required to be accomplish and undertaken by them in estimated course of

essential role for an individual that allow them to manage their different activities in effective
manner. It provides individual an aid to accomplish their objectives and goals while increasing
performance efficiency. Time management allow individual to maintain to do list and fulfil their
set goals by taking small steps. Thus, it is essential for an individual to set due course of time in
order to gain skills. With the help of this person can set action plan that can further allow them to
gain number of benefits. Further this has been evaluated that it also allow an individual to
