Personality of every person is different, so there is difference
in their perception also. Personal and profession al
development means equal weight-age must be given to
personal and professional aspect of company.

There are some skills required to perform operations of
company in effective manner. There is difference in skills

In every person there are some qualities which he/ she must
use as weapons to compete with external world. This helps
them to know which are essential for them there is SWOT
