sectors. I like to explore the subjects of interests with an analytical approach. Recently, I read in

brains, my current education profile establishes me as an analytical brain and now it is my turn to

In my views expressions like “long term goals” don’t exist anymore in the present world where

Considering this fact I have set a few goals that can be measured as follows.

Financial and personal Goals
Under the present conditions, I am only seeking for an amount of money to survive well in one
of the business capitals of the world. I am in my learning phase, right now I just want to enroll in
a diploma, in the coming future, I would like to learn the ropes of a particular industry sector.
Setting high levels for financial goals will be unfair on my part because first I want to check my
worth in the market of job.

As far as my personal goals are considered, I want to spend my time in traveling and practicing

want to have a fit body when I will at the peak of my mental capabilities.

Until a few years ago, “peer to peer” analysis of the employees was a specialized job, HR
machinery used to do it; however, in the present context the things have changed, now an
individual can express him with the help of blogs, he can comment on various forums and
receive answers. In order to find an answer to this question, I adopted a set of practices that goes
as follows.
 I increased interaction with my peers, it allowed me to know more about myself, it
allowed me to look at myself from their point of view.
 Constant observation of style leaders and others for adopting and correcting new personal
traits
 Figuring out the traits that industry experts are looking in future employees
 Looking for right role models in the industry
 Development of soft skills and communication skills.
