INTRODUCTION
Every individual has different perspectives as well as on the basis of which they
possess strength and behaviour. It is important to focus on quality of a person so that
planning for achieving goals is done accordingly (Scherer, 2017). It has been further
analysed that with proper use of strength knowledge and skills individual is capable of
accomplishing their set objectives in a specific time period. Also workshop exercises are
essential because they gives a new path to person as it helps them in development of their
future context experiences. Main aim of this essay is to understand the importance of
strength of a person and how it can be used as a quality. This essay consist of examining
quality with the implementation of theory, how the identified quality is used as a strength,
challenges encounter in workshop exercises and experiences.

Quality is defined as a attributes and features of a person behaviour which can impact
on decision making. It is necessary for every person to be aware and active about quality of
their own which is possessed by them so that in become convenient for them to accomplish
goals as well as set objectives within a specific time interval. Each and every function has a
different form of quality depending on which they act and behave with others. Without
identifying self-own characteristics it is not possible for person to achieve their goals and
deal with different situations. Workshops and seminars help a person to develop a new skill
set for their better future. For instance, in the earlier digital marketing modelling workshop,
attendees could learn the pattern of exploring and interpreting data of a spread sheet. It
further allows data management and manipulation (Hylchuk, 2017).
For example I am and professional MBA and also have degree of BCA. Due to this
both technical and non-technical field I have many important qualities and strength which is
used by me with the proper consideration as because these qualities help me out in carrying
out my long term and medium term goals effectively. Moreover it has been also specify that
in order to analyse myself on reality kolb’s reflective cycle theory is being explained as
follows-

experimental learning offer specific person based on their encountered experience. This cycle
help in and how well the deal with those situations in past experiences. So this learning
theory comprises of different stages which are discussed below-

experience of past situation how I and why there arises. So, when I was in my college I was
doing MBA a situation arises in which urgent presentation about to be given by me for
which I was not fully prepared and I felt nervous at that time. It was the most challenging
experience with I faced because my mentors me to give presentation on that day has 50% of
marks were carried by that presentation of my practical exam (Ansari, 2019).
Reflective observation- This the past experience of my MBA was challenging as well as
it also benefit me because on those past experience is I was capable of analysing my own
strength and weakness. So, as mentors asked to deliver presentation or digital marketing and
its impact on small and medium enterprises. This situation arises because one of my team
members was absent and all responsibilities were to be given to me mot I was not ready for
presentation but I asked teachers to give some time for the preparation. This workshop was
being carried out within the campus of college and it was necessary for me to present a
presentation in front of whole department. After properly observing others how they give
presentation on different topics I prepared myself and I was confident enough to present
presentation on the stage.

workshop in my college I improved my confidence level and also developed myself to be
fully prepared during such uncertain situations (Santos, 2018).

which it also helped me in getting better employment opportunities.

way is a difficult task. With proper internal and external analysis of situation a person can

shows there level of quality they possess. It is also seen that when I was in MBA I too was
having different attributes behaviour preferences and values which supports my strength and
eliminated my weaknesses too. My different attributes are given as follows-
Attributes
Desire- This attribute support my strength and quality because I was having desire of
learning something new at all the time. With my activeness and desire improve my
knowledge.
Discipline - It was also my attribute which support my strength and quality because I
was a discipline student which assists me in in dealing with every type of situation
(Shepherd, 2019).
Behavioural preferences
Behaviour preference refers to type of a behaviour which is carried out by an
individual. It is also necessary to have knowledge of self-behaviour. Every person has
different behaviour relying on which they act and communicate with people. So various types
of behaviour preferences which unpin this strength are explained below-

Extrovert behaviour refers to those people who are like to talk with other people
without any hesitation and get engaged within a short period of time. The extrovert behaviour
supported my general knowledge through which I was able to present a presentation in
workshop exercises efficiently.
Enthusiastic
Enthusiastic behaviour is a kind of a behaviour which reflects the excitement of a
person towards something. With the help of this enthusiastic behaviour it was easy for me to
apply my general knowledge into right place.
Values
Values refer to behaviour and traits of a person on the basis of which they act. With
properly focusing on values of individual benefits are likely to be achieved and values also
supports internal strength at all aspects of lifer.
The discussed matter shows that these elements are important which are needed to be

was not easy to get on the stage and win the debate competition. Moreover there were many
people who were coming to workshop exercises just for the fun motives. During this on-
going workshop exercise I was both participate as well as volunteer. Different types of
challenges in workshop exercises and experiences are mentioned as follows-
Limited resources- It was the main challenge which I faced at the time of lock shop
because there were many people and amount of resources were getting shortage which
created a problem for participants and volunteers to manage. At time of debate competition
only three projectors were to be allowed to use at once. This created a problem for me
because time was short and participants for men which created a problematic challenge for
me to complete my presentation on short period of time. Also during this experience I didn't
get chance to prepare for presentation.
