Introduction
 Professional and Personal development plays a very important role
when it comes to evaluation of the own skills and abilities,
considering the aims and also setting up objectives for the purpose
to maximise the potential in true manner.
 With the help of personal development, it helps in leading
individuals to more happier and higher quality lives.

Professional field of your interest
 The concept of professional field basically means a occupation that
requires both the completion of an academic degree and registration to be
eligible for the employment in the occupation.
 The main professional interest is basically related to the field of
“Marketing”. When it comes to the professional field of interest, I am
very effective when it comes to communication skills which really helps
me in convincing other people.

Analyse and discuss career paths
 In reference to career paths, it basically comprises of the sequence of jobs
which lead towards the short and long term objectives. In context to
marketing field, it basically comprises of different career paths.
 Due to having large scale of requirements and scope of managers within
the company, it has been observed that there are various kind of career
paths which comprises of directors, Marketing Assistant, directors,
coordinator and specialist.

Identification of strengths and their link to the career paths
 I have chosen the marketing filed as my professional interest. Also I have good
communication skills and problem solving skills which will help me in
achieving success.
 I try to pay emphasis on each parameter in the most detailed manner. I also
pertains interpersonal skills which will support me in developing my overall
personality.

Identify the possible challenges and how you can overcome
with your strengths
 Challenges basically refers to the barriers or hurdles which might create a hindrance for
an individual in achieving success. Marketing is basically a field of study which involves
a lot of hindrances and the biggest challenge is to move into new markets and retaining
for a long period of time.
 In case of marketing field, it is not easy to convince the customers because they have a
lot of options available and they can easily switch to another one.

Conclusion
 From the above report, it can be concluded that Professional and Personal development plays a
very important role when it comes to individual career development. It can be also concluded that
each and every individual has their own unique strengths in order to carry out effective decisions.
It can be also determined that the career path plays a very important role in achieving success on a
large scale with the use of right type of approaches.
