As per above report, it has been concluded that professionalism is essential in any
industry that helps to provide sufficient knowledge and skills to maintain profitability. It involves
different theories and approach such as behavioural, social learning, and cognitive that helps to
maintain communication and coordination among employees and employer. Development plan
helps to achieve enterprise's objectives by increasing skills and competency. Moreover, this
report covered interview process for a specific task and its merits and demerits that helps to
select best candidate.
