What project do you plan to undertake?
In the recent times, due to increase in circulation of information and technology all over the world, it is important for business to set up a
fresh market approach. I am going to use information and technology by development of business plan related to distribution of food and
parcels to major areas of London city. This will help me in generating more amount of revenue at the marketplace due to increase in online
purchasing by citizens of London City. I will provide services to different organisations and companies which are delivering food and services to
different customers at the marketplace.
Why have you chosen that project?
I have chosen this business plan because of increasing trends in online purchasing. The companies wants to deliver food and parcels in a
quick manner to different customers, this has increased demand for drone delivery. My business is also viable because information and
technology has grown in a fast and rapid manner. The technology has also become cheaper, so this will increase my profitability and revenue
in a short period of time.

 What are the professional goals and objectives to be achieved? (You must set SMART goals/objectives)
It is important for a new business to focus on achievement of various goals and objectives which are set at the starting of financial year
in order to achieve them in a precise manner. The professionalism is also a major requirement of a business in order to complete different
goals and objectives and manage employees. I will learn different skills in order to accomplish various aims and targets and develop them with
the help of training. I will develop leadership, soft and decision making in the new business to perform different operations.
Research- For my new business, I will use secondary research as it is most reliable source of collecting information. Secondary research
will help me to develop data management and provide quick solutions to my market needs. In order to develop new business in a quick
manner, I will take help of conducting a market survey with involvement of marketing management.
List of activities- To start a new and fresh business, there is a major requirement of development of various activities. The first activity
will be to take help of professional strategic management in order to develop a major planning framework. In the second stage I will
hire trained and skilled IT professionals who will help me to conduct business activities with help of IT in a quick and accurate manner.
