S-My specific goal is to work over my anger and my decision making skill. These are specific in
nature because I feel that these roles are extremely important for the purpose of shinning in my
future professional life.
M-These are also measurable as I will try to attain them within a span of about 6 months. These
are time specific and time bound in nature. This time span will help me in making use of all the
possible resources. I will also be able to move forward in a step by step manner.

INTJs always have the tendency of finding out the answer of why is this so? They always
want to link the answers to the different questions that they might have in their minds. This will
help them to retain the knowledge as they will know that the things that they are learning are able
to give them the answers to their questions.
Thus, it can be said that they will like that particular learning style that will give them a
logical thinking and understanding. I think that being an INTJ, I will not be afraid of studying
difficult materials. I like studying difficult things when they are presented to be in a very logical
or conceptual manner. They also prefer the systematic teaching style. In other words, they will
always go by the logic rather than memorizing lessons blindly.

Psychometric tests feel that taking the psychometric tests are one of the best means of
understanding the personality type of the individuals (Cognology 2019). This helps in finding out
the areas of strengths and weaknesses that is present within the personality of the individuals. I
have taken the psychometric test and result is that I am an INTJ. I have realized that there are
some strengths and weakness associated with this particular personality type. I have to make sure
that I am being able to work over the weaknesses and trying to work over the same.
I have to work over my weaknesses so that I can prepare myself for future. For an
instance, I feel that being too arrogant be a harmful for my career. As soon as I am completing

judgemental nature. This is because I usually

view. This indeed is a big weakness of my

I have to utilize all the good opportunities that
are coming in my way. I will always try to

environment. In other words, I often do not
like to go by the strict rules and regulations.
This can be bad for my profession as I need to
abide by the rules and regulations of any
particular organization. I have to abide by the
decorum and the discipline of any particular
organization.
Growth in career- I will use the strategy of constant improvement. This will help me in
checking the areas of my weakness and deal with them in a rapid manner. I will try to grow in
my career by making sure that I am paying detailed attention on the weaknesses that are present
within me.
Own learning style- I will use the theoretical and the logical style of learning. This is the style
that best suits me because I always go by the proper logic. I cannot study without understanding

Concrete Experience- I have realized this in case of the taking up the reading lesson in class.
This is the time when I realized that I was not able to speak properly in front of the classmates.
Reflective observation- Though I was not feeling afraid but I felt that I was not having enough
confidence (Simplypsychology.org.2019). I thought that this is the same thing that is happening
with me. Even in the school days, I was not able to read or communicate well in front of people

Abstract Conceptualization-I reflected on my past incidents. I recalled that even in my
childhood days, I was not able to speak properly in front of the people. I realized that I used to

Active Experimentation-I realized that I need to practice public speaking lessons. I will make
sure that I am taking proper public speaking lessons and apply them in my day to day routine.
I also like to refer to the Kolb’s learning style because I find this method to be very interesting
and useful. I can very easily relate to the different experiences that are taking place in life.
Reflecting on those experiences and learning the lessons is a very helpful tool in the process of

This model suggests that there are for different learning styles. They are activist,
pragmatist, theorist and that of reflector. I would consider myself to be a theorist. Being an
INTJ type, I know that I am very find of then ideas. I do not like to blindly learn any lessons or
go by any ideas. Being an INTJ personality type, I make sure that I am learning each and
everything with the help of proper principles and logic. Natural trait of the INTJ personality
types is that they do not like the learning style that takes place without any theoretical base or
theoretical frame work.
They have a habit of thinking the issues in a vertical logical manner. INTJs are also
perfectionist and they will not sit easily unless they are able to reach to the conclusion. I can
relate this easily with my own personality. This is because I cannot sit back at ease unless I am
able to organize the things properly. It is for this reason that I always lie to ask questions like is it
logical? Does it make sense? How does it fit with that? Thus, it is evident that this learning style
is indeed suited for the INTJs.

Being an INTJ-T, I do not like to impose things on others. I always like to be receptive
towards all the different kinds of things that are going on around me. However at the same time,
I do not try to implement or force my decision on anything. I think that one of my greatest asset
or good point is my power of intuition. I can use this quality for my future endeavors, where I
will be able to make proper arrangements to deal with unforeseen situations. However, I cannot
overlook the fact that I am over sensitive to all the things going on around me. At the same time,
I feel that this helps m to add more clarity and precision to the works that I undertake. I always
like to add perfection to whatever I am doing. However, I realize that being over sensitive might
also turn out to be negative in some or the other cases. There will be several ups and downs in
personal and professional life. I have to make sure that I am being able to deal with them.
I am also of an introverted nature. I do not really like to speak with people in public.
However, I am a good listener and I try to pay attention to each and every thing taking place
around me. I am good at gathering information and analyzing every bits and pieces of the same. I
have a thirst for knowledge and I am never tired of learning any new skills. I am good at
