The essay will reflect upon the traits and features related to the professional and personal
development experiences of the individuals who execute the various activities and services. The
feedback recorded from the different employees and colleagues provides the much-needed
support and help to me to develop the positive traits that would, in turn, strengthen my
personality. The reflective features will be highlighted and the personal and professional
development will be done by adhering to the strategies and policies of accomplishing the
specified tasks within the work process. The fact related to how I will manage the diversified
workforce within the organization will also be established properly in a systematic manner
within the organizational sphere by sticking to the numerous policies and laws.

Discussion
According to DeCenzo et al., (2016), professional and personal developments of the employees
are a necessary part of the growth of their personalities that will ensure smooth development of
the organisational activities and enhance their productivity. The individuals working in the
organisational sphere tends to adhere to the specific policies and strategies that would ensure the
smooth functioning of the different activities and services going on within the organisational
sphere. My performance has to be assessed based on the tasks being performed by me and the
quality with which I accomplish the tasks perfectly by sticking to the policies and strategies.
According to Waddell (2017), the various aspects of organisational learning will be framed and
developed in a systematic manner by adhering to the specific strategies. This helps the
organization to effectively implement the activities and operations aligned with the practices
devised by the organisation. I will imbibe the features of the organisational learning being
provided to me by the management and thus be able to execute the activities and services within
the organisation properly. I will consult with the senior employees as well as the management of
the organisation so that I can know about how to improve upon the mistakes and flaws
committed by me in the organisation. According to Moon (2018), the activities and services are
developed properly within the organisational sphere to achieve the targets and goals of the
Company and ensure meeting the demands and requirements aligned with the objectives laid
down by the Companies.
I also indulged into collaborative practice to help in interacting with the other employees and
develop a quality interaction process by which cohesive and united work can be done within the
organisational sphere by adhering to the proper systems and policies. I also learnt from reflective
practice that I introduced within my activities by the utilization of the reflective model namely
the Gibbs model. According to Lewis (2018), the Gibbs Model helped in devising the strategies
and policies that help in executing the work by involving the necessary skills and features. I will
imbibe the experiences associated with the personal and professional development of the
employees to ensure that the activities and services will smoothly function in the organisational
circuit. According to Lovelock and Patterson (2015), the modern and technologically driven

training methods and techniques will be integrated within the operational services and actions
that help in establishing their efficacy within the organisation.
I can manage my own learning and the processes while working within the organisational
framework. I can learn well by adopting the specific practices related to on-job learning,
attending workshops conducted by the experts or experienced professionals working within the
organisations. I also learnt from the courses involved in the courses and the modern workshops
being organised by the management. Volunteering and imbibing technological learning by
devising the specific technological methods and concepts are relevant to be followed and
implemented to quality effect.
Personal and professional development is also known as the continuous professional
development that keeps on happening within the organisational sphere. According to Honeyman
and Jana (2019), the plans for developing professional and personal development practices are
beneficial to uplift the morale of the employees and boost them up to achieve the specified
targets and goals of the company. According to Davis et al., (2016), the management to execute
the actions and services of the organisation will adopt the plan for professional and personal
development. The experiences of professional and personal development being adopted by the
individuals would help in executing the operational work and tasks allotted by the management
of the organisation.
According to Springer (2019), CPD involves the process included behind establishing the
framing, maintenance and documentation of the necessary skills and traits that exist within the
organisational sphere to achieve the objectives and goals of the Company. CPD or continuous
process development will take into account the specific strategies and policies that will help the
organisation to reap the benefits and enhance their profitability and productivity within the
organisational circle. The various learning techniques present within the Continuous professional
development tend to adhere to the varied range of strategies and processes that are relevant to be
followed and implemented within the organisational structure. I benefitted from the CPD
practices and it helped in enhancing my professional and communication skills to develop the
appropriate activities within the organisations.

Sometimes, the managers, employees and the peer groups provide opinions or viewpoints that
tend to pose an impact upon designing and developing the specific business operations having
their relevance within the Companies. The opinions of the employees and managers gave to me
helped me in accomplishing the specific tasks allotted to me by the managers or the higher
authorities. The managers also praised me and helped me in maintaining the work-life balance of
the employees within the organisational sphere. The employees provided the correct opinion to
develop the appropriate activities that have a positive impact on designing the business and
manufacturing duties perfectly.
According to Argyris (2017), the practices related to CPD learning would help the employees of
the organisations to execute the operations and services related to the Company. The CPD cycle
tends to involve a series of steps that help in designing the developmental needs and
requirements associated with the organisations. CPD cycle stages are utilized within the
organisation to help in executing the activities properly. Seven stages are included within the
CPD cycle that provides the necessary help to the organisations to achieve the objectives and
goals of the organisation. The seven stages are firstly identifying one’s own self and what one
will be able to do, second step associates to planning what an individual will do by devising the
ways to execute the actions and tasks in a perfect manner. Acting upon the plan conceived by the
individual is required to be done and the reflective practice has to be involved to assess the
actions of the individual in performing the job being allotted.
According to Reardon et al., (2018), CPD learning activities have to be integrated within the
organisational sphere aligned with the reflective practices of the Gibbs cycle that will help in
ensuring the improvement of the individuals within the working circle. According to Whalley
(2017), the application of the activities being learnt needs to be shared by the individual with
others to help in spreading the accurate knowledge and information within the work circuit. The
overall result and outcome of the process of learning being imbibed provide the support to
execute the activities and services in a proper manner. Gibbs cycle helped me to improve the
way I worked by specifying the roles and activities to be performed in a proper and systematic
way by adhering to the different policies and laws.
According to Stewart and Rogers (2017), Gibbs reflective model cycle tends to follow the
necessary steps that help the employees or individuals who are working to assess their work or

receive an idea about the performance of the employees within the organisations to deliver the
varied range of actions and tasks. The description of the situation or event was provided to help
in assessing the performance of the individuals. The feelings or thoughts that the individuals
might have during the execution of the operational activities and tasks shall be demonstrated to
ensure the smooth functioning of the operations being implemented within the organisational
sphere. The evaluation of the tasks will be done and the analysis of the results will occur aligning
with the concluding statement and an action plan will be developed to establish the activities
properly within the organisational circuit.
Following and implementing the steps of the Gibbs reflective cycle provided the much-needed
support to the employees to execute the operational tasks and services within the organisational
circuit. I benefitted from the reflective practice aligned with the Gibbs reflective cycle model that
helped me to implement the specific operations in a successful and efficient manner.

Conclusion
The reflective assignment would cover the different aspects associated with manufacture and
designing of the numerous activities and services that are going on within the organisation to
achieve the targets and goals of the Company. Organisational learning and collaborative practice
were provided to the employees to work in a systematic manner and develop themselves
professionally and personally within the organisational circuit. Gibbs reflective cycle was
