INTRODUCTION
Reflective essay is known as the practise of writing which focuses towards analysing the
best practises with the past experience. This further include teaching as well as understanding the
persons how they are develop as the learner (Forer 2019). This report covers various topics such
as presentation of related topic which help in analysing the data in a well define manner. Along
with this SOWT analyses has been carried out which is useful in identification of strength and
weakness of the curriculum. However, rephrasing is also been explained in detail manner as it is
consider as the important part of reflection. Hence this essay is based how the module is
contributed towards development as the learner. Beside this, it help in overcome the challenges
which can be addressed effectively. In addition to this, there are different aspect such as IT skills
which help individual to work with technology.
Along with this, academic writing is related to the professionalism, readability as well as
understandability with the person writing skills. However the data interpretation skills are the
essential part of reflection as this help in effectively gather the data for better result.
How and Why have I developed as a Learner
Learning is essential as it have a wider and more diverse social circle as it allows people
to be more competent and also to ensure the success. Different kinds of teaching and guidance
help in improving the knowledge as the learner (Ichii, and Ebenhaezer 2019). The module was
subjected towards enhancing the knowledge and skills which is important for having goods
marks and get success in the professional career in future. I have done my bachelor degree from
Regent collage London where in week 1 I was indulge with referencing which is related to the
acknowledgement of the work. However in week 2 the data interpretation was the major focus on
which help in sorting the data in a well define manner. Further, till the last week , there were
different activities were conducted by me which were guided towards the different skills which
include IT, English,Essay , Rephrasing and Presentation. In this process of all these weeks, the
important aspect was taken into account was external as well as internal analyses which help in
making effectively decision for the individual. In order to study such decision SWOT analyses is
done which help in assisting the strength and weakness. However for the external analyses PEST
is the appropriate method to choose among them. Another crucial aspect was taught in the
bachelor degree was writing as this is use to done professionalism in future.

The factor which is discussed above have been very essential as to gain success in the
academics as well as in career ahead. This kind of skills and competence will provide the best
guidance and also help in making quality decision.
For the positive aspect, teachers within the module have been very much effective in
improving and guiding the students. This help individual to get encouragement towards
achieving the goals as well as objective in future. In addition to this, the module which have been
provided as important in the future career growth. SWOT and PEST analyses are very well
understood which is useful while carrying the activities which are assigned during my bachelor
degree. Hence there are different kind of strength as well as weaknesses which assist in
determinate the opportunities and the threat for the organisation. In accordance to this there are
different class discussion which were done to improve the knowledge of students effectively.
However, there are different negative aspects such as there were lost of difficulties faced
by me in terms of development as the learner. For instance the PEST frameworks was very
complex and it was difficult to understand the basic concept and it was hard to apply in the real
world. Along with I constantly fail in analysing the impact on my future as there were lots
complexity present in the market.
However there were different problems and hurdles were faced, but overall all the
modules where quite helpful and enriching as the learner. Furthermore, enhancing my
competence in so many aspects helped me in expanding my frame of mind, which had been
essential for future development.
Approaches towards Future Challenges and Expectations of University
Course
For the future challenges along with the university course which is essential for me to
have enhance my skills which important to compete in the society. In order to achieve this
competencies there are various activities which are consider to improve my skills and
competencies (Patterson 2019). For example, in relation to expand my knowledge this is
essential I have to take different activities which are required to achieved within my academic
writing. Hence PEST is essential as it help in gaining the knowledge effectively in broader
aspect. In order to maintain the academic writing the I have to take proper feedback from
classmates and seniors as this will help in improving my skills and knowledge in a well define
manner. Further the data interpretation is important as it help in improving the data collected

from the different sources as the learner. Some time there were lack of lectures and seminars as
the professors where not attending the class which leads to slow down the process of learning
during the collages days.
Conclusion
Hence, it has been mentioned from the above report that reflective essay is vital activity
which help in figure out the past situations in order to perform effectively in future. However,
development as the learner and help in developing the competence for the betterment and this
also help in improving the skills which are useful to compete in the future. Along with this,
group discussion is crucial aspect as it improve the confidence as well as communication skills
for better success.
