INTRODUCTION
Reflective writing is defined as analytical practice in which real scene, event, interaction,
memory and personal learning is reflected. A reflective essay enables a writer to expand about
their personal experience and relate to audience appropriately through writing. In this project
while writing reflective essay how effective communication skills applicable to academic and
professional context is learned with academic studies (Gaus, 2017). Together with this reflection
on individual performance, behaviour and experience in education or employment is mentioned.
How and why you have developed as a learner during this module
Reflection
In this project I have used Gibbs Reflective Cycle to demonstrate how my learning skills
are influenced during enhancing learning through the current module. Together with this this
theory will also helps to demonstrate communication skills, future challenges and expectations of
university course. Gibbs Reflective Cycle is a reflective model that encourages people to think
systematically about experiences they had during a specific situation, event or activity. This
reflection cycle starts at description then move towards feelings, evaluation, analysis, conclusion
and ends with a action plan that will help in dealing with future challenges.
In the week one while learning through university course our focus was on preparing for
success through knowledge and creativity. At this stage Bucks graduate attributes associated
with knowledge and its application and creativity which is essential for success in higher
education was introduced to me (Gibbs Reflective Cycle, 2019). Understanding this concept and
learning effectively will help me to see overlap between study skills and employability skills. At
this stage all the skills that can be generated through education and higher skills was developed
so that employment in twenty-first century can be made effectively. At this stage I learned about
communication for academic and professional context, reading skills, reflection skills and
research skills. Improvement in communication skills enhances my leasing power through which
I can understand individuals in better manner and provide them with appropriate information and
suggestion as they demand. Importance of knowledge and understanding for enhancing creative
thinking and solving issues is learned at this stage. In week two to enhance my learning a quick
recap of week one id provided. Together with this I further moved towards data interpretation
and learning of week one for communication, reading skills, research skills, evaluating sources,

Further reflections on how to approach future challenges and expectations of
a university course
When I was waiting for week one that involves the learning programs of university I was
very nervous as I feel that it is going to be tough for me to learn my skills in such manner that it
helps me in personal and professional manner (Hosein and Rao, 2017). When the learning
activity started and skills for communication, reflection, research, application of knowledge and
numeracy is initiated for development than in that case it provided me with a feeling that
learning process is simple and effective when each element of the module is considered equally
important. After my first week of learning I got really exited for the next one as it was quite
effective and helps me in enhancing my skills required for developing professional skills. As a
professional person decisions that are taken by me are more informed and based on accurate
information. While taking the classes other peoples with me in the event also feels same as in the
second week a brief introduction of first week learnings is provided and this enhances our moral.
Now, when any form of communication takes place then I communicate with better knowledge
with all the research and knowledge that I have acquired.
When the whole experience of the learning activity is evaluated then in that case it
provides me with really amazing scenarios that are present in the activity. One thing that I get
attracted the most is quick revisions of skills learned in previous week this helps me to enhance
my skills and getting benefit through continuous learning. Learning program and data
interpretation session goes well because the program was well organised and effectively
implemented.
Analysis of the learning activity provides that I have learned a lot form this which is
required for me in personal and professional development so that I can manage a particular
