time. Manage time refers to managing work in an efficient manner by using right resources as
well. Present essay will be explaining the importance of Time management and their usefulness
in the business career in terms of benefits to individual or professional manner.

As per the article given, it define the importance of time management which is very
essential for individuals to take seriously to accomplish their future set goals. Importance of time
helps to know the value of work which is vital to understand current competition level. In today's
modern world, time is limited and considered to be the most essential resource to get success.
As per the article, it was mentioned method or procedure to manage time effectively such
as one of the most common way to manage time is effective planning (Ashe and Nazroo, 2017).
Article suggested that, individual needs to make to do list or make a proper Task plan to before
initiate the work. It helps to make proper and effective planning to perform specific task given.
Another method mentioned in the article which defines the importance of goals and objectives. It
defines the importance of setting and making objectives before initiation. The importance of
setting goals and objectives is justified by given one example of captain and ship, that without
making way captain could fails to reach the destination. Overall, article described the importance

effective methods of time management is spending the right time on right activity. This is very
productive if people know what actually is important for them to get his/her objective
accomplished. To make time more productive this is the best way to use time into more efficient
manner. Overall, to having time management quality or skill can make person more beneficial to
get fast opportunity and make effective learning opportunity and goals. Apart from that it helps
to make the effective way of learning and goals. This process, helps me to make good and
effective leading resourceful idea and make new different objective goals.
I also agree with the effective method of time management is to organised work in a
proper manner in order to reduce the ineffectiveness from work. Pre-organised planning is the
best way to understand the next work task. Besides, another advantage of this method for people
is to eliminate the unwanted work required in the business. As per the suggestion given in the
article that. People tend to make files and folders to keep their work list. Nowadays, with the
help of advanced technology, individual can more reduced their time wastage on manual process.
