INTRODUCTION
Professional skills are required within individuals for conducting the business activities
properly. It is helpful for managing the daily life activities of students. These lead to conduct the
management and development activities properly (Feucht, Lunn Brownlee, and Schraw, 2017).
These are used for understanding abilities and skills in effective manner and achieving
organisational goals. In this report, there is involvement of various skills needed by a student to
manage the student’s work. It is associated with managing the professional work in future.
TASK 1
Effective and important skills
I have seen that while my academic tenure, it is concluded that some of the skills are necessary
that will help me to manage the work. Communication skills is the most effective skill to
contribute in effective management of several activities. There is need to conduct the operations
by using skills and abilities. These will help to manage the work properly. Several projects and
tasks are assigned to me for managing the work. There is need to manage the projects and tasks
properly by utilising resources and skills properly. I have to talk to different people while
managing the completion of projects. So, there is need to effectively manage the work properly.
Good and effective communication is needed to manage the consulting of different professors
and teachers. When solving different complex problems, there was need to manage the work by
using a lot of skills. These will help to manage the interpersonal skills and abilities effectively
(Gelfuso, 2016). Culture knowledge is also important for managing the work effectively. There
is need to conduct the project completion properly for managing the business operations.
There is need to effectively manage and conduct the business skills and academic skills for
completing the project efficiently. There is management of communication ability and skills for
conducting the project accomplishment properly. A lot of opportunities are present within
academic tenure that helped me to manage the work. There were numerous studies and ventures
to be undertaken during the college era. I have to consult different professors as well as seniors
while conducting the research to overcome the doubts relevant to the research subject. A strong
listening skills can help me better handle the analysis work as well as the project work. If I can't
talk to people, on the other hand, even if I delay, he will face a lot of problems and he won't be
optimistic when talking to other professors and seniors. Communication skills must also be built

in order to successfully handle the job. I have built listening skills since attending academic
sessions and courses, and I am confident in communicating to various individuals. In the future,
these capabilities will enable me to carry out different big experiments and ventures. A strong
communicator is able to quickly establish relationships and interactions with individuals. This
will help build strong relationships with senior executors.

It is very important for me to manage the communication skills and abilities so that I can
complete the work in specified time. There is need to manage the organisational targets and goals
for managing work. Different projects and tasks are completed by using resources and skills
properly. There is need to manage the work properly for achieving organisational goals. There is
need to manage the gratefulness of work by conducting the tasks properly. And they have
resulted in meeting operational targets. These are useful in efficiently juggling multiple activities
and projects to complete my projects and assignments. I am thankful to handle my job
successfully by providing god contact, and establish positive relationships with my leaders when
working for the organisation (Hostetler, 2016). It is really relevant for me to consider and
determine the variables that contribute to the development of effective workplace management.
There is a need for clear coordination to ensure that other work is completed successfully. It is a
very interesting idea about my life as a student that he could still be professional in order to
accomplish goals in a defined time period. The first goal as a student is to get a decent job that
helps to leverage expertise while working out different tasks in the business. Effective relations
are developed among the employees and colleagues for managing the work in effective manner.
There is requirement of conducting the tasks and achieving goals in less time. There is need to
manage the work in efficient manner and completing the work in proper manner. There is need
to develop and manage the communication skills properly for maintaining relations in effective
manner. A positive workplace is important for any company to manage the work and complete
the goals properly. In corporations, several gatherings are scheduled to address separate
corporate priorities. Therefore, it is important to provide clear communication that allows to have
an open conversation and to provide other people with understanding when communicating
about your opinion. Getting good contact and balancing my job as well as individual growth
would be helpful for me. In order to assess my success and actions in the field of education as

well as jobs, it is important for me to examine the abilities and talents. I would be able to build
good and productive presentations in academia as well as in the business world if I strengthen
my IT skills (Körkkö, Kyrö-Ämmälä, and Turunen, 2016). In order to improve my
vulnerabilities, I have had training sessions with different seniors. I may not have technical
skills, so I will polish and improve the skills to meet the necessary targets and goals to strengthen
these.
CONCLUSION
This is concluded from the above discussion that various skills are needed by a student
for achieving organisational goals. There is need to manage the work properly by utilising
resources and skills properly for maintaining the work effectively. There is requirement of
managing the work in effective manner. There is need to develop new skills for conducting the
activities properly. For maintaining good professional life, there is need to have effective skills
and abilities.
