Task 1
At the starting of University there are different modules taught to us i.e. related to
business management degree in order to develop understand as well as knowledgable
about different topics such as reflective writing, CV writing, personal statement, goal
setting and many more. During session our tutor taught us among importance of these
skills and it will help us in our future development because these skills are required to
develop professional career. While the session there are some things which go well but
at some situation I faced some issues which directly or indirectly impact on my learning

numbers of sources through which I can gather appropriate as well as reliable
information related to my topics. First topic that we studied at class is related to
reflective writing and for that our tutor taught us to use reflection model like Gibbs
learning model because through that we can analyse experiences in more effective
manner. Gibbs model is based on six stages i.e. description, feeling, evaluation,
analysis, conclusion and action plan (Coleman and Willis, 2015). At first stage I need to
analyse the situation in order to evaluate what happen such as while studying at college
I got various opportunities to increase my skills through learning module. Then at
second phase I will evaluate my feelings at which I need to share my personal
experiences which I experienced in particular situation after that at third stage I need to
analyse good as well as bad experiences of particular situation. So that I can determine
my enhanced skills, knowledgable and capabilities.
At next phase I need to analyse situation of good as well as bad experiences
through which I go through while conducting module studies. At this I analyse that main
reason behind my good experiences are my tutors and classmates who always support
me at every situation as well as they also help me in compelling course which I missed
due to coming late at class. After that at fifth stage i.e. conclusion I need to recall whole
situation from which I go through while studying module so that I can develop proper
action plan at next stage related to development. In addition to this I also develop my
knowledgable about CV writing which is one of the most essential part for starting
professional career because through a person's CV he/she will get call from company.
While delivering lecture about CV writing our tutor told us that in this cover letter as well
as personal statement also plays major role because through it we can attract
interviewer so that they get ready to take our face to face interview (Gibson and et. al.,
2017). During studying about model I get to know that there are major five section of CV
i.e. contact information, personal statement or profile, work experience, education and
skills. In addition to this I also get to know that there are some addition section which I
can add in order to make CV more attractive professional certifications, languages,
professional association, additional course or training, volunteer experiences and so on.
Through module I also develop understanding about interview as well as
interview techniques i.e. EBBOM (Engage your Brain Before Opening Mouth). While
