outside organisation, or through watching other perform the job. With help of professional
development, employees build and maintain their moral and competency within the organisation.
By gaining high education, training and fundamental teaching techniques, individuals can
improve their personality and professionals (Hopkinson 2014). The following project provided
depth knowledge and understanding about the professional value as well as importance of ethics
in the business context. In addition to this, socio cultural competencies and professional
development competencies has been also addressed with respect for improving profession of
manager.

Being a student of the final year of management in business administration, I require
starting my career in future. Thus, I am looking toward a successful personality whose

my career, I need to evaluate and assess a successful professional manager who developed their
competencies. While I assessed the professional manager competencies and their professionals, I
have founded that there are major role of eight socio cultural competency elements which has
largely affected the personality and development of professional manager. Socio cultural
competencies is that attributes which develops individual personality like their learning,

Technological-In order to conduct marketing and operational activities in the retail company,
technology play a very crucial role.

In the present time, I am facing very frustrating level due to my career. I feel that I am at a
tipping point in terms of my ability as a marketing manager in the retail company. I requires to
acquire various necessary skill, ability, competencies and experience to progress to a higher
position but opportunity for the growth is limited. In the similar industry like retail company, I
wanted to become a successful marketing manger in the near future so I needed to improve
