INTRODUCTION
This assessment presents a professional development plan which is focused on improving
two weaknesses i.e. linguistic barriers and communication skills. Despite of presence of listening
as the prime strength, these skills have to be essentially enhanced.

speaking

also grab
fluency in
thought
processing.

conduct

and analyse
whether
there is any
sort of
improvemen
t or not. If

witnessed
then
necessary
changes in

Summing up the study, I can say that in order to develop all such skills, it is crucial for
me to consider various activities as that will also aid me to enhance my professional capability.
Furthermore, to implement the model into practice, I need to work on all the area of
improvement. Development of this plan has helped me to analyse how competent I am and how I
can develop improvements in my overall career aspects. Since, I am interested in social work;
