Communication skills is defined a two way process and it is receiving, exchanging ideas
and information between individual. It is the act of sending data from one place to another. It is
develop good body language skills and good verbal communication. Communication skills are
dynamic and continuous process. It is essential for any critical information. Communication is
the activity of delivering many information. More than one person are involved in
communication skills. Communication process is comprised of many categories i.e., Sender,
Ideas, encode, proper channel, receiver, decoding and feedback. . Communication skills are also
linked with organization and businesses. During the mini project workshop I developed my
communication skill very well. So that I am able to manage my business in a very excellent way.

highlight the contribution of mini project workshops in the development of my employability.

unique the set of skills, knowledge and belief (Lussier. and Hendon, 2017). The communication
challenges which is the work environments to have the relating the establishment and
maintenance of trust.
This have the existing the smart effectives communication skills training workshop which
have the looks behaviour to have the choice as the increase in level of awareness of the more
consequences of have the behavioural choices have the others.
The participants which have the learning the adaptive level of behaviour which have the
usage of communications strategies in order to have the establish trust with minimizing the
conflict and maximization for the creating the positive work environments. This have the
increase level of productivity which is enhancing the job level of satisfactions in order to have
linkage behaviour with communications and trust (Dong and et.al., 2017). As there is the
effective communications with more facing the face training for the employee, managers and the
differed executives. This is all wants to have the understanding the clearly in order to make there
respond appropriately in terms of business situations as well as the business scenario in perfect
manner.
