I have been conducting many
campaigns where I called all
employees from the regional
automotive industrial
branches. This campaign was
mainly about improving the
communication skill.
I thought that this will be good
platforms where people from
all the different cultural
backgrounds will be speaking
with each other.
This will help them to overcome
the fear of fumbling. I also took
part in the communication
process and started talking to
all the people.
This helped me to overcome the
fears of addressing the people in
any public meeting. Being a
regional manager, I have to
