MAIN BODY
During the first session I learned regarding time management aspect in personal and
professional development and its significance within developing own career. There are two
summative assessments in the module in which reflective portfolio and a group presentation
took place. I felt very nice as these learning intellectuals are going to assist me in future job
roles and obligations. These modules and assessments are made in order provide learning in
relation to significance of time management as a tool of personal and professional development.
I was good in presenting various thoughts and aspects related to the topic of time management
during my group presentation. As I was able to communicate with other students sitting for
group discussion and my teacher appraised me for the same by which I came to know regarding
this. I was weak in providing reflective portfolio which is based on self-analysis, this means
that I am not able to analyse my own skills and capabilities. I have learnt regarding time
management and the information given by teachers helped me to enhance and transform my
knowledge. In the course I analysed that I could have done the explanation approach in a bit
enhanced manner as I felt confused during presentation. In order to improve my analytical and
public speaking abilities I am going to attend various seminars and public speaking programs so
that I can sharpen my weak skills and use them during my employment in order to complete my
