INTRODUCTION
Employability and study skills can be considered as skills that aid an individual in
developing professional career and to gain ample number of opportunities (Ahmed and Ward,
2016). On the other hand, reflection can be defined as a blend of personal along with
professional skills which stays helpful for a staff member to improve proficiency level in much
effective and efficient manner. In present report, the particular model which has been taken into
consideration is Gibbs Reflective Model which carries different range of stages. Under this, I
will be focusing on my different skills like communication, research, team work and more will
be discussed considering the Gibbs Reflective Model.

Over the years, Gibbs Reflective cycle is considered as an effective model that helps in
assessing the skills in terms of reflection. This systematic approach to reflection aid in enhancing
the overall performance level of an individual in most appropriate ways (Hill and et. al., 2016).
In present report, reflection is done considering my own skills along with performance level as
well. On the other hand, a few range of prominent steps that are specifically being considered in
Gibbs reflective model are presented underneath:
