Mr Joseph: Good morning, I am health education specialist an project supervisor of the
hospital ABC. The today 's discussion has based on the professional development of the
multidisciplinary team in palliative care.
Mrs Merry: Hello, very good morning. My name is Mrs Merry and I am junior RN of the
palliative care team. Here, I am looking forward with the same series with you.

Mrs Merry: Sir kindly tell me in detail that what is professional development and their
importance in the role of nurse?
Mr Joseph: The professional development of the multidisciplinary team in the palliative care is
defines as the set of different tools and training session which improves the

nurse is very important in palliative care because the quality care of the patients needs
very optimal service in the palliative care. The professional development increase the
