INTRODUCTION
Time management is an proper planning and controlling time on the daily life activity. It
is impotent for any individual to complete their task on time , in the result they can reduce stress
and they can do any task on less time also create good habit and make them punctual of the time.
This report will cover the time-management tools for mangers and exhaling that how it is
helpful in planning and prioritize work. It will discuses about stress management and how to
overcome prom the stress at workplace. This report will make work priority report and proper
weekly schedule for mangers. It will also write the email to the employees for meeting and talk
about meeting this all will cover in task 3, in the task 4 it will conclude assessment report,
professional competence research and it will also write about career review (Arnold. and Boggs,
2019) This report will discuses about networking review and write about professional
development plans after the those plans it will create PowerPoint presentation then it will
conduct presentation after conduct it will evaluate the presentation, report will upload
development plan and in the end it will send to the assessor.

1. Time management tools and Techniques.
Getting things done
This tool is developed by David Allen. It is one of the best and simplest tool, by using
the 'getting things done' techniques managers can increase their productivity, and they can
develop professional skills (Powell. and Enright, 2015). To perform this technique mangers have
to make list of tasks and which they need to be done then they have to analyse the list of
demands, and they have to identify required actions. Mangers have to organize the tasks the have
to set deadline for task to be completed then they have to perform those task without distraction
without interruption and in the end they have to review the task execution strategies, so they can
adjust them if it is necessary.
Planning- This tool can be helpful for mangers in planning because they will have proper
list of the task and according to the those task they can go planing for their task.
prioritizing work- Mangers can priorities their work according to the work sedu this
tool can be useful for managers for priorities work.

organize those task into a folders, in this tool mangers set remainder of the task by using
computer and mobile, so they can know that which task they have to do in particular task.
Planning- wunderlist is useful for mangers because this is best time management of tool
they can remind their task and according to that they can plane by setting a reminder.

mangers do not have proper time management it can create problems like stress, and they cannot
take out personal time. With the help of time management they will be stress free, and they can
take out some time for personally. It will also help them to give priority to important work and if
they have proper schedule of the task then they can be alert about the important work. They can
add some fun activity in their task list.
Mangers can face work stress in the workplace and it is important for them to make
strategies to overcome from this problem (Arvedson, Brodsky. and Lefton-Greif, 2019). Mangers
can distribute their task in different teams, so they can reduce stress, and they can also apply
time management strategies in planning and work priorities because it is helpful to reduce
workplace stress for manager. Proper strategies related to task can decree the workplace stress.

Here is weekly schedule for mangers to reduce stress at workplace (Cohen. and et.al.,
2019). On Sunday they are having off so they can spend time with their family and do many
activities like playing games, and they can also go outside for grooming. On Monday mangers
can do every impotent work which is necessary for them to run business activity, on Tuesday
manager will conduct can conduct a meeting in which every member of the team will be present,
and they will make strategies to overcome from the work stress. They will talk about every
problem which occurring during the task. Wednesday they will implement those strategies which
they make during the meeting, and they will use practices which is important to overcome from
the stress. Thursday, they will do fun activity which can be helpful for them to reduce stress at
workplace, and they can use communication practices which will help to make better
environment for work and in the last 2 days they will do regular work. This schedule can help
mangers for make mangers to mage their time and reduce stress in the workplace.

For the study two units which are selected are the BSBCUE606: Develop and maintain a
customer engagement marketing strategy and the other unit which is selected is the BSBCUE:
Forecast and plan using customer engagement traffic information analysis (Holland. and Jenkins,
2019). In which the two units if combined comes to the conclusion of Customer engagement
with traffic generation plan.

the time management skill and marketing skills (Grove, Gray. and Faan, 2019). These skills are
important because time management will lead to prioritizing the task and the marketing skills
such as digital marketing will lead to how to sell more doing minimum expenditure.

performance in which I have improved my communication skills and the same has benefited me

The personal goals are as follows for 12 months:
Time management
There is a huge gap between the management of time now in which I used start my day
late in the morning at 8:00 AM. All of the activities also are done accordingly. My time
management skills are really very poor in which I used to complete the work of my home very
late. The reason I have chosen time management is I found it is the most important thing for me
to manage the time and time well managed will result in better and healthy life. For the next 12
months the time management of mine will include wake up early in the morning, completing the
task which is the most difficult and then managing the work in which my plan is to complete the
work at least one hour before.
Stress management
I used to work a lot by I used fail in management of the work. In the stress management I
will manage the stress by workout and yoga and also Aerobic activities. The reason for which I
chose stress management is I used to think a lot unnecessary (Powell. and Enright, 2015). The
stress management will lead to management of stress which will lead to timely and effectively
completion of task. The 12 months plan for me is going to be wake up early in the morning and
doing the first activity as work out which will lead to management of stress.
Work management
I am also poor at management of work in which I do not understand which work must be
done first and which later. Under the work management I will learn which work must be done
first and what time I should do the work. For example if there are work such as gardening, home
work, and sports activities. I will manage the work by prioritizing the work by taking into
account home work activities first in an hour or more than sports activities which will take 1
hour and at last gardening activity which will take around half hour (Wild, 2017). 12 month plan
