Introduction
My objective in future is to become customer Executive Manager in a renowned organisation
and to pursue that as my career. In order to ensure that I succeed in gathering my objective in
future, I need to go through requirement and procedures to enable myself in handling the
critical situation when dealing with customers. In order to become a well-decorated customer
Executive Manager, I need to have proper communication skill, listening skill, team
management skills, problem-solving skill, hearing skill, leadership skill and time
management skills.
Personal Work goals
I wish to become a customer Executive Manager in one of the renowned organisation which
is Woolworths. When discussing the requirement that is to be acquired if one individual is to
work as a customer Executive Manager in Woolworths, there are many aspects to be
followed. The organisation lays its fundamental operation in supporting the customers and
they ensure that the requirement of the customers is met. With every fulfilment of the
requirement, the organisation takes a step forward their success in their respective financial
year. I need to develop my listening skills as the organisational customer care unit are patient
and calm in dealing every situation. The objective of understanding the customer with
patience and helping them solve their issues depends upon my skill of problem-solving that is
to be improved.

ways. The new opening of meditation class in our society is a development opportunity that I
need to exercise to help me have more patience in solving issues and problems.

In order to understand the requirement of Customer Service Management, the above work has
clarified my objective. In order to develop the required skills, I need to have professional
group as my network to accomplish my development of problem-solving skills. The
accompaniment professional people would certainly help me in justifying required ways to
solve problems and deal with customers facing issues
Conclusion
There is no point where one can say that they are fully capable to achieve the desired goal but
after evaluating my own personal position from the above work, I think that a little bit hard
work in the development of my patience and leadership quality would hand me the ticket to
achieve my desired goal in few years.
