How did the CPD activity you completed contribute to your practice?
The continuous professional development activities completed by me contribute highly in my

practice. With the help of Australian qualification and community service industry, I can be able to
gain good employment in a reputed community service organisation in Australia. Apart from this,
my effective communication skills will help me in developing good relationship with client and also
support me in providing services to client as per their needs. Moreover, good English writing skills
will also help me in developing referrals, reports as well as other documents that are related with the
work of community service worker. For working as, a community service worker, I need to have
both the skills in order to perform my roles and responsibilities effectively and contribute in
improving the lives of people.
