professioanl development process. Two learning aproches are descriebed below these are
The behaviourist approach and the cognitive approach.
The behaviourist approaches: This is the apprach which is based on the idea which show
that learner respond to the function which are effective and react as per the environment.
Classical conditioning: This theory is used to developed the repetative actions, within
traininga and development. This theory is given by pavlov, he said that this theory is
particulary based on the natural phenonemum (Matheson and Sutcliffe, 2018). This
theory is helpful in mainating the standard and provide traning for helping them in
significant manner and incraese their productivity. This is the theory which is used by
me in order to work in an ethical enviornment and provide relevant traning within
respected restaurant.
