1.
I have understood from the feedback and other form of comment on my work that I
have to change my leadership style as it become oppressive which effecting
performance of the workers (Rubens, A., and et.al.,2018). This is also decreased my
respect in front of colleagues, seniors etc. and I have to work on it. I am planning to
watch and read about different form of leadership style and try to implement in work
which can help me in influencing large number of employees.

Lack of professional skills is another problem of mine. I become over friendly with
employees, colleagues, clients, seniors etc. and hence it hampers on my growth.
Many of time my boss told me that I have to be in limit while talking to anyone, but I
am unable control my basic behaviour. For this I will participate in professional
development programs of the firm or will take personal couching which can help me
to control myself and improve efficiency of work.

I also identify that I have lack of knowledge of computer skills which is required for
changing business. Many of time not able to make spreadsheet or project on computer
and hence it decreases my working style which is necessary for personal growth. I am
planning for computer classes or will take help from friend for increasing output
hence able to achieve higher goals on time. You Tube and other platform will be use
by me which can help contribute in growth of mine.

I am not able to manage time and hence my work remain pending which effect on
appraisals and incentives and hence it becomes difficult for me to overcome form this
challenge and increase my efficiency. There are many others associated problem to
such as not attending meeting timely which create my negative image in front of
others. I use register and record and divided task etc. and according to plan my visit
for example: coming to meet person before 5 min and talk accordingly so that I can
leave the place as soon as it over.
