many exerts of hospitality management, a person who has ordinary skills and area of knowledge
can’t handle the job role of general manager. This is the main reason that, I should be developed
many additional skills also for making an extra-ordinary personality.
A general manager is mainly considered as upper management of a hotel in the market. In
this situation, the general manager always has lots of responsibilities and obligations in the
workplace of Langham hotel. For example; a general manager always needs to systematically
