INTRODUCTION
In present scenario, it is essential for every individual that they must be able to decide that in
which field they are good at and what are those areas where they require the improvement. It is
essential to understand that self- assessment tool can be effective in accomplishing the goals
through which desire result can be achieved easily. In context of the presentation, different topics
will be mainly focused, such as self-assessment tool will be prepared which will allow to being
further improvement. Secondly, the area of improvement will be focused that how what are those
essential areas which is still creating the issues. Finally, personal development plan will be
prepared through which it can be easily determined about the skill which is essential to improve.

Coaching Self-assessment is explained as one of the most popular tool which simply
helps to identify about the strength and challenges that a particular person has to face within their
life. It is also helpful tool because it simply gives the idea about the area where improvement
within the help of set the specific target.In any of the stage, people requires improvement which
is only possible if they able to identify about the area where weakness can be seen easily (Potter,
2018. ).
Strength: This is the field in which I am capable of performing and even able to decide
that what I need to do. It is essential to understand that in this particular field, I just need to focus
that how I can maintain the level so that any sort of problem will not occur in any of the
situation. Below, there are some of the strength has been mentioned which has been effective for
me:
 Good in Performing Business Activity: As I am full of creativity, which is allowing me
to decide that how I can perform my business activity.From business point of view, I am
able to decide what is wrong and what is right for my business.
 Writing Skills: In any of the situation, if I have all of the required information available
then in that respective situation I am capable to preparing the written report which is most
essential for attaining the goals.
Weaknesses/ Challenges: This is the most essential area where I am not able to perform
better and still it is necessary for me to think creatively to bring changes so that goals can be
accomplished. Some of the major weaknesses that I have are listed below:

 Leadership Skill: Although, I am good at making business decision but still I don’t have
the quality of leadership skill which is also essential within the field of business
organization. This skill is not allowing me to guide my subordinate whenever it is
required. Communication Skill: This is one the major weaknesses that I personally have. It will be
crucial for me to identify that how I can overcome the problem in short time period
because I will not be able to do so then attainting the goals will become one of the most
serious problem for me. Research Skill: It is the essential skill which is required by every individual because it
will be one of the skill which allow to collect the relevant that which is required while
collecting any of the essential skill (Speeg,. and et. al.,, 2016). Delegation of Work:There are number of situation in front of me where I require to
distribute the work among the subordinates who performing along within me. In this
particular situation I am not able to decide that to whom which types of work must be
given.
After completing the area of research on me now I am capable of preparing the table which is
will allow to me to give rating on my different skills. The rating will be based on out of ten
points.

Identify 2 key areas of development
After having the analysis on the above strength and challenges, it can be easily said that
there are number of area where improvement is required because it will simply allow to bring
changes in personal life (Reitan, 2016). From different weaknesses, I would like to focus upon
Research skill and Communication skill. This two area are the main focus because it will allow
me to determine that what quality of research is required for me while conducting the research.
Secondly, communication is essential because it will simply give me the deal with any of the
problem. It will allow me to guide other in verbal way which is the most effective in current
scenario.

Self-assessment tool simply allows to bring improvement in the key areas through identifying
strength and challenges of an individual. Identifying the area of development is essential because
it will allow to improve the weaker side. Also, Personal Development Plan will try to help that
how any of the skill can be improved within the specific time period.
