packages for its customers. Further, this report will cover the role of Hotel Manager with practice
of professional identity in Butlins resort.

was established by Billy Butlins in the year 1936. It is situated in Hemel Hempstead,
Hertfordshire in UK. Hotel Butlins well known for its overseas holiday package, increasing
operational cost and many more. It have several holidays parks which attract the customers. This
hotel have wonderful architecture build on sea side which provide clam and peace to their guest.
It have wide range of accommodation such as standard rooms, deluxe room, gold and silver
room and many more which person can opt as per their budget (Ampountolas, Shaw and James,
2019). The service of this hotel is famous in world wide it provides various types of food,
beverages and it have world class bar facilities and indoor water park. As it was made near the

at national and international level which enhance the brand value of the organisation. The
innovative ideas implement in this hotel attracting new customers and maintaining their existing
