INTRODUCTION
Portfolio is a management that helps in take decision about development of skills and
knowledge in particular field. It also includes reflection and it uses by learner for know and
evaluate their experience and skills (Kanwat, 2016). So it is an opportunity for learner that they
can improve their skills and knowledge and make plan for take action for development. Self
development is a lifelong process that increase potential and talents by individuals for achieve
their targets and fulfill needs. This report will be cover reflection about learn and get
information, elaborate areas that need of development and make action plan.
Task
1. Reflective statement.
I am Assad Shamsi and I have experience in different fields like CRM, information
technology, sales field, recruitment, operation management and marketing and accounting. I
taught four subject in my career and increase knowledge in business, ICT, computing and
English. I have experience in these subjects that in business I taught many things to students
about business like purchase, sales, trade of products and services that helps in make and
increase more and more profit. I give much knowledge and taught about information and
communication technology and this subject includes knowledge about computer and wireless
devices that is very important for survive in modern life. Through computing and English I
taught to my students about develop software and hardware that helps in manage and process
and communicate information. So all this information and knowledge give to my students in my
career but I also evaluate that many skills and knowledge has need for improve.
Through module I got many types of knowledge and evaluate that many types of skills
are necessary for success in career. Module encourage skills about study, employment skills that
helps in improve and develop knowledge. I learned about many types of skills that is need in
higher education and self development so communication skills is necessary for academic and
professional level. These skills include presentation skills and I evaluate if effective
communication is not present in individuals so they cannot attract to anyone and can't achieve
success. So these skills very important and all peoples has need of effective communication. I
got information through module and analyse that Reading skills helps in success because
through read books, novels and other things can easily gather knowledge and information
because efficiency and effectiveness of understanding and concentration increase that useful in

update to peoples. I analyze skills of task and time management and it very important and play
vital role for got success in career because without management proper work is not possible.
Planning of work, give priority to work so management of time according to work easily and it
helps in complete task of career and fulfill target. Team work skills create and I evaluate in my
career that is necessary. Through teamwork work done with effectively because in team every
individual has different capabilities and skills so these things helps in create ideas.
I analyze need of skills from my career that Interpersonal skills is also important and
necessary because from these skills individuals listen actively and complete responsibility.
Leaders lead their team effectively and motivate to them for improve their work and skills. This
skill also make flexible as per situation that need for getting success in career.
Ethical and reliability skills I evaluate that very important for achieve target and
complete task in life. All above skills are very important because my experience find many
needs and requirement for improve and develop in my self for achieve my target and growth of
career. Professionalize develop in employment helps for make well and good culture in
workplace.
I evaluate and analyze my whole career and from my experience that personal
development is necessary for update and increase all knowledge and skills in own so individuals
easily evaluate through audit of skills and I take feedback from my colleagues for improve my
self and develop all things. I analyze from my career that creative thinking is must for success in
career that professional and personal development overall helps in it.
Professional development involves role of entire understand of role for success on in
career. This development influence for changes. I gather knowledge about make excel and use of
it that helps in improve technical knowledge. I present new information that for teach to student
above skills is very important role play and attract to them for learn and understand everything.
Interesting things also occurs in my career and experience of my teaching line that was
learned about new version of technology innovate and I learned and update to me so these things
interesting in my career.

concentrate on read so reading skills is average. In Team management and task management I
can not establish coordination so these things also need for my career because without
coordination conflicts increase and work operate not properly. I do not understand proper task
that affect to my improvement and development. From audit I also got that flexibility according
to situation is very big issue.
