INTRODUCTION
Professional development is a process which assist individuals in identification of their
objectives and targets and learning different skills (Bush and et.al., 2018). These skills will
further assist in getting higher opportunities and promotion in their respective field. It is
important to refresh the skills according to the requirements of time so that individuals can
perform critical operations in effective manner. This report will include a development of
portfolio that majorly focus on the importance of professional development with the help of
applied learnings and self reflection.
MAIN BODY
Personal Statement
I have developed number of skills with the help of classes and sessions which are
provided by the lecturers. Various skills like communication, intellectual, problem solving, team
management and many more are developed with the help of regular sessions (Koonce and et.al.,
2019). During the course of accounting and financial management various parameters are
analysed by me which will be applied at practical work place. All these skills collectively assist
in preparing personality for critical situations so that goals can be achieved in appropriate
manner. I have learnt how to resolve problems by finding best suitable alternatives for them so
that professional life would become more smooth.
