This project report presents a portfolio of twelve documents designed to enhance professional literacy skills. The documents include a CV, goal-setting worksheet, skill worksheet, reading log, teamwork activity worksheet, five-minute career action plan, academic writing samples, stories with numbers, personal development plan, time management skills, communication skills, and a leadership style assessment. The CV highlights career qualifications and skills, while the goal-setting worksheet focuses on SMART goals. The skill worksheet analyzes individual abilities, and the reading log promotes reading comprehension. The teamwork activity worksheet assesses team-building skills. The career action plan outlines steps for achieving career objectives. Academic writing and data-driven writing are also covered. The personal development plan identifies goals and strengths, and the time management and communication skills sections emphasize their importance. Finally, a leadership style assessment is included. INTRODUCTION
A portfolio of evidence can be described as a collection of containing varied documents
which are compiled together and aid in showing the competences regarding a set of learning
outcome (Magolda, 2020). This portfolio evidences are considered as important for individuals
as it enables faculty members to assess their competencies and skills. These are constructive
proof which are used by students for showing their achievements and participation in regards
with learning perspective. This project report depicts an understanding of varied portfolio
documents which are considered as helpful for students in describing their achievements in an
effective manner.
SELECTION OF 12 DOCUMENTS
1. CV
Curriculum Vitae is short account that includes an individual’s career along with
qualifications that are prepared by an application for vacant organisational position (Braileanu
and Et. Al., 2020). I learned to create curriculum vitae for the purpose of providing information
to employer of a company related to my educational qualifications together with set of skills.
Creating curriculum vitae assisted me in applying for ample number of jobs. With this, I became
potential for selling my skills, knowledge and so on to prospective employer in order to show
them that I am right person for particular position. In the academic market, curriculum vitae is
significant as it contains personal statement of a person front that sets out their key strengths and
skills. It enlists essential together with major compelling practices of career of an individual,
comprising differences that are brought at work, concrete things which are attained in former
projects that are undertaken as well as demonstrate past, present and future worth of company.

2. Goal setting worksheet
It is a sure fire approach for making improvisation in establishment of goals of a person
(Nordengren, 2019). Goal setting worksheet includes SMART goals that provided me with well-
rounded along with detailed goals which are officially documented and holds me to it. It is a five
step process that not even helped me in setting my career goals, rather also gave me chances or
opportunities for reaching them promptly. The purpose of gaols setting worksheet for me is to
take realistic steps in order to attain them. It encouraged me for thinking in creative manner,
analysing new techniques for solving problem and gain better understanding about ways to
overcome issues. It also triggered my new behaviours, guides my focus as well as helped me to

sustain the momentum in life. It also aided me in planning better strategies for my personal and
professional life.
3. Skill worksheet
It is a document listing key skills within an individual (Prastiti, Widuroyekti and
Azkarahman, 2020). The purpose of preparing the skill worksheet by me is to analyse my own
set of skills that I can use in distinct categories of career paths as well as jobs. While preparing
the document, I careful looked at all the skills that I have in holistic manner so to look towards
suitable words that I can use for describing each skills. It made me privy to new as well as
improved concepts to learn, develop methodology addition to portray same on the worksheet.

4. Reading log
The document is much similar to journal as it describes name and time of every book as
well as article that is read be a person (Roy, 2020). It was part of my formal school assignment.
It remained me to read and encouraged me for record everything that I have read. Other than me,
my teachers are parents also used reading log in order to show me title of book that I have
already read and influenced me for keeping good work. I have used reading logs in home reading
as well as it guiding me to read for my guardians so to track me and keep me from reading huge
number of book titles. It helped me in practicing reading books that improved my vocabulary and
fluency to great level. I have used a template to record what I have read so to encourage myself
for in-depth exploration of ample number of books or other kind of reading. Reading log also
promoted my reading comprehension in better manner.

5. Team work activity worksheet
It is found in books related to team building along with useful for lesson plans related to
team building (Anderson and Et. Al., 2019). It includes certain activities that facilitate my team
building skills. In this, contribution of team in different activities, including hearing ideas or
opinions of others, listening to others, basing decisions on facts, time keeping, speaking mind,
weighing up options, logical thinking and so on are recorded. Also, the worksheet is used by me
to analyse experiences that I have, things in which I am good at addition to aspects that I want to
develop. It assisted me in promoting team bond addition to make it easier for me to do so.

6. The Five Minutes Career Action Plan
Career action plan is dynamic planning document that is owned along with managed by a
person with intention of reflection own enhanced development learning for future career
(Walker‐Donnelly, Scott and Cawthon, 2019). The Five Minute Career Action plan ensured me
what I want to do next in studies or in future career. It also enabled me to put emphasis towards
my thoughts addition to ideas into series of steps for the purpose of achieving career based
objectives in realistic timetable. With this process, I took account of the fact that circumstances
changes as well as plans could be reviewed or altered as per requirements. I used the career
action plan guide for shaping my thoughts and further described what I intend to perform. With
my long list of aims, I order or synchronised them as pet my priorities.
7. Academic writing
Academic writing is a sort of formal writing which are used in universities as well as
scholarly publications. Purpose of academic writing is to persuade the readers and provides
explanation regarding theories in a strategic manner to readers. Academic writing is used be me
for the purpose of codifying and learning differential ideologies in regards with academic
disciplines. Through this, I can prepare my research works attractive and appealing for readers.
8. Stories with numbers: Academic writing using data and statistics.
Stories with number helped me in improving my academic writing with the help of
statistics and data (Nasseri, 2021). With this, I gained insights for using statistics and data for
condensing large amount of information in management chunks as well as present the whole data
sets that state purposes in form of stories. Moreover, I learnt write down percentages for
replacement of statics that are shown in article and gain skill to interpret effectively the statistical
data.
9. Personal development plan
Personal development plan can be termed as an action plan which aid students into
identifying their goals as well as ways to attain them in a strategic manner. This has helped me in
assessing my strengths and weaknesses through practical assessment. Through this, I have
discovered myself and also gain insights regarding areas in which I can improve my skills as
well as competencies.

10. Time management skill
It is significant for individuals to have effective time management skills which led them to
increase their concentration as well as improve productivity (Rimadana and Et. Al., 2019). This
are considered as beneficial for me as with the help of this, I prepare all my assignments on time
which led me to secure good position in class. I can prioritize my work through enhancing this
skill in a strategic manner.
11. Communication skill
Communication skills are considered as vital for conveying or sharing varied ideas and
thoughts to others in a strategic manner. These skills are most beneficial for me as it aids me in
conveying my opinions as well as enhance my listening competencies. Through this, I can
manage varied conflicts effectively later in my employability.
12. What sort of leader you are?
A leader is a person who commands or lead group of people for realising goals (Masood,
Singh and Ezzedeen, 2020). It is analysed by me that if I get a chance to work as a leader, I will
describe my leadership style as leading by example. It is because I enjoy to delegate tasks as well
as take leads on projects. I also like to stay involved as well as inspire group of people through
showing that I am working hands on so to guide them. There are various leadership styles
including autocratic style, bureaucratic style, democratic style, laissez faire style, transactional
style, servant leadership, transformational style and hence forth. The style of leadership that I
admire the most is transformational as it is concerned with articulating of inspiring vision
together with helping others to reinvent themselves together with business establishment.
