focused by individuals who are planning to attain career growth because with the help of them
goals for future could be developed (AlHassan and Wood, 2015).
With the help of SWOT, students can be aware of all their strengths, weaknesses,
opportunities and threats. It will be beneficial for them to find effective ways in which all the
negative aspects could be dealt properly. Personal reflection will be advantages for individuals to
share their experience with others so that all the events, ideas and thoughts could be
reconsidered. Assignment is considered as major part of academics because it is required to be
completed by all the individuals who are studying in college or university. All the students who
are planning to get a desired job in future should pay attention towards C.V. writing as it will be
