1. Introduction
The learning is very important factors which an individual must follow and focus; this will help
in enhancing different skills and traits which is necessary to have in the professional world.
Three different lessons have been learned, the discussion here will be made for the learning and
understanding that has been attained from the project performed. The main reason to conduct this
particular study is to determine the skills and knowledge that has been imparted by me while
conducting the project in assessment 2nd. The self-reflection will be one here which will help in
knowing the straits which have been learned and its effectiveness in the future as for growth and
development.

2A. LESSONS LEARNT: FRAMEWORK
2.1 How I planned to gather and document lessons learned
The need to use the appropriate and most required sources are very important as with the help of
this the right accurate information can be able to get obtained effectively. The learning process
will also be able to get obtained in the needed way. The below table will be helping in attaining
the information about the sources and steps utilised by me to gather the learned documents.

3.1 Lesson 1- Team working
Situation
During an activity which was assigned to be get done in a team where the involvement of each
member was required. Every member was to communicate and convey the information from the
performed activity. The lack of communication leads to improper functioning of the team
(Thornton, 2012).
The situation made me feel
The situation made me feel that this will be having a negative impact on the teammates. There
will be poor and near to no involvement of the team members in any of the activities assigned to
them. The unsatisfied employees will be there, and their involvement and contribution in the
attainment of the work will be very less.
What I learned from reflecting on the situation
From the reflection, I was able to understand that there is a high need to make proper planning
and scheduling. This is important as with the assistance of this proper functioning can be done,
and the involvement of the team members will also be made favourably.

3.2 Lesson 1: IMPROVEMENT STRATEGY
 The specific improvements strategy that is used for the scheduling tasks and assignment.
This strategy will lessen the burden of work pressure, and this will aid in setting up the
priorities systematically and appropriately (Framinan, et. al., 2019). The scheduling is the

process where the work or the tasks will be set in a systematic manner which will lead in
obtaining the functions or activities appropriately.
 I will measure the strategy taken is effective and supportive, and this will be done by the
comparison made for the actual action took place and the standards that have been set.
This is one of the best manners that could be used to manage and measure the
effectiveness of the strategies opted.
 The strategy adopted is achievable because this is very effective and the scheduling of the
tasks in the proper step by step manner is not a difficult task to be got done. Therefore the
strategy is very suitable to get executed appropriately. The planning is not difficult when
there is a straight forward set vision.
 This strategy is highly suitable and supporting the lesson 1 discussed because, with the
effective execution of this, the planning strategy of the work will be able to get improved
in an effective and appropriate needed manner. I will be able to make an effective plan
which will be supporting the management of the chosen or any work.
 I will be implementing this planned strategy at the time of team working process when it
will be assigned to the team members. It will probably be introduced in the 8th week
where the proper planning and scheduling of the work will be getting performed
effectively and systematically.

4.1 Lesson 2 Critical thinking
Situation
The activities were availed to everyone present in the session, where one situation was to be
evaluated. This was creating an issue as I was not able to analyse the situation as my critical
thinking is very poor (Kang, et. al., 2013). I faced a problem in interpreting the situation availed
to me, and the situation was not getting correctly into my mind.

This situation made me understands that I need to work on my critical thinking so that I can be
able to analyse and interpret the situation effectively and appropriately. Due to this situation, I
was affected badly because this was distracting me from my goal and affecting me to not
perform effectively.
What I learned from reflecting on the situation
From this particular situation I get to know that there is a high need to manage and handle the
situation and this could only be able to get attained when effective discussion process can be
managed and handled. The discussion will be helping in enhancing the mind processing
effectively. With the help of this, the brainstorming can be obtained, and this will help in
attaining the critical thinking traits.

4.2 Lesson 2: IMPROVEMENT STRATEGY
 The specific improvements strategy which is used in this lesson is the evaluation

planning technique. This is one of the methods where the proper planning is getting done
for the evaluation process (Barry, et. al., 2013). This is highly needed as for improvement
of the learning process.
 I will measure the used strategy by monitoring the impact of this on my performance in a
regular manner. This is one of the best methods that I can use for analysing the
improvement that can be attained by me for the critical thinking process. This is very
important and necessary for me to do routinely.
 The strategy adopted is achievable because the execution of the process and its analysis is
very effectively and easily be able to get done as with the help of this the understanding
for the made changes can be attained in an effective and appropriate needed manner. This
strategy is very convenient to adopt as this will make the evaluation process and method
easy as compared to any other method.
 This strategy is highly suitable and effective because with this I can be able to improve
my critical thinking process and with this performance level of mine into the different
tasks will also be able to get performed in the appropriate and effective required manner.
 I will be regularly implementing the proposed strategy as a critical thinking process is
very important, and it is highly needed in managing many activities effectively. This will

5.1 Lesson 3.Quality Check
Situation
The time management task has been assigned to all of us, but due to lack in knowledge and
certain skills the work is not get performed in the required time, this has ultimately resulted in
the quality factor as to meet the time limit the work was also get done in a rush which impacted
the quality of the work (Holmes, et. al., 2015).
The situation made me feel
This has a great impact on the mind of all of us as the work is not getting performed effectively
and appropriately. I get influenced and felt unhappy to this, and my overall morale has got
affected negatively.

From this situation, I get to know that there is a high need to take proper concern over the quality
of the work which could be obtained when proper guidance and available information are
followed in the required manner.
