1. Introduction
The learning is very important factors which an individual must follow and focus; this will help
in enhancing different skills and traits which is necessary to have in the professional world.
Three different lessons have been learned, the discussion here will be made for the learning and
understanding that has been attained from the project performed. The main reason to conduct this
particular study is to determine the skills and knowledge that has been imparted by me while
conducting the project in assessment 2nd. The self-reflection will be one here which will help in
knowing the straits which have been learned and its effectiveness in the future as for growth and
development.

Situation
During an activity which was assigned to be get done in a team where the involvement of each
member was required. Every member was to communicate and convey the information from the
performed activity. The lack of communication leads to improper functioning of the team
(Thornton, 2012).
The situation made me feel
The situation made me feel that this will be having a negative impact on the teammates. There
will be poor and near to no involvement of the team members in any of the activities assigned to
them. The unsatisfied employees will be there, and their involvement and contribution in the
attainment of the work will be very less.
