INDIVIDUAL ESSAY
I have been able to develop an understanding of the different learning practices which are
considered to be the useful for the management of the operations. By using the Gibb's reflection
model helps me in reflecting on acquiring on various employability and study skills. As
describing the situation when the module was delivered to all the students. The university
module was based on for developing the professionalism and growth in university individual. As
while attending this module it contained variety of techniques, approaches and the ideas which
helped me for managing growth for the future course as by learning various skills from these
delivered lecture. As these learning approaches has build various skills. With learning
communication skills, it helps me in communicating with various individuals in university as in
clear and effective manner. By using the Gibbs reflective model, in the description stage, it helps
in describing about the event and activities which was taken place for developing these skills .As
for developing communication skills role-playing and team working is the major form which

helps in developing these skills. While learning all reascending, team working, time management
skills supports me in future grow grasping the better career options and achieving greater
heights. It has provided me with great experience while developing various skills and abilities
because it helped me to analyse my weakness for developing and achieving these skills as for
enhancing my future growth.
As while performing different activities describing about the feelings is the second stage
as while performing various activities . as of I was quite happy as for acquiring these skills
according to the planned manner. Also while acquiring these skills has helped me in participating
in role-playing activity and using audio books for developing communication skills, as by
participating in role-playing activity as by using audio books I was very excited as they were
explaining about effective communication importance. Also, when I was planning for
conducting the research project I was feeling full of enthusiasm as for researching in the new
topics and developing better understanding for researching about various latest topics. As while
performing the researching project activity as for conducting the research analysis helped me in
acquiring researching skills a with proper understanding and readding information in better
terms. This made me very happy as it has given better understanding for the topics and projects
being communicated in university also in the future. Furthermore, while practising with the
suffering software as of ms word, ppt, internet surfing and recoding technology. As I had mixture
of feelings while learning about the ms word, surfing with internet and making ppt. Initially I
was very nervous for preparing the correct ppt and functioning properly with the Ms word
software. But later on I was confident in using this software in correct manner. The after
experiences feeling was very excited to use all these skills in the real life and performing all the
activities in the university.
Doing Evaluation as when participating in making group projects, this created conflict of
opinions between various individual but when working by using collaborative approach for
completing work on time helped me in developing the team-working skills. Also, while
performing the time management and problem solving activities, as by setting the time limit for
completing the particular task and managing all task and projects of university before time makes
me very happy and satisfying as for completing work before set time limits. As by participating
in team, working collaborative helped me in working effectively with every members in
classroom. Furthermore, with creating daily plans and making time tables help in completing

task on time and with this it encourages and motivate me to complete the task before set time
limits. It has This helps in managing day to day life operations with university workings. As by
using internet for finding the problems solutions has helped me in boosting critical thinking
skills, this future results in evaluating various issues by finding the best alternative as to solve the
problem. Future by using software and various told for developing the ITC skills , this has
helped me in working by using various ms word tactics and also with ms excel it has helped me
to make various word format reports. Also, by acquiring these skills helps me in being technical
strong , from this I am able to operate with the all the computer software in easy manner.
As by performing all the activities for developing the selected skills as of communication,
problems solving, time management, team working, ITC skills and or researching skills. The
activities including role-playing, using audio books, conducting research projects and also
analysing the latest topics for researching and working in team in collaborative manner and
practising with various software has helped in achieving various skills. As these skills will help
in growing future career options and grasping various opportunities for future. Future with
utilizing various timers and setting time limits for completing task has spotted me in completing
task in the desired time interval. Which has developed my time management skills and also by
using internet as for finding solution for selecting the best alternative helping handling various
situations in University in positive manner.
Further by developing the action plan , as for developing effectively and practising these
all skills in daily routine as for performing and completing daily work on time. As by deciding
the action plan for performing and conducting the research project also for improving my skills
will help me in deciding about the time limits and the success criteria for achieving thee skills
within the proper time limit. I m confident by making developing action plan helps me In
deciding and evaluating my strength and weakness as while working in teams and effectively
collaborating with the other individuals In effective manner. This experiences form conducting
various activities, has helped me in gaining positive experience by learning and conducting
various activities. For developing and acquiring problem solving and technical skill I need to be
more confident as for thinking critically and using computer for earning software in proper
manner.
