I have analysed my performance from past 2 months that previously I was not able solve
problems properly, but now when I have set objectives for myself I realized that my problem
solving skills have been improved but in need more training for that . Now I am able to solve
problems confidently and also solve problem on personal as well as professional life. I have also
analysed that my technical skills are very low. I was not able to solve technical problems
properly. I was weak in it, but after getting help from my seniors and mentors now I am able to
solve complex problems . This has supported me in growing. It has also helped in achieving my
goals and objectives. I have also analysed that my critical thinking skills are also weak (Davies,
Curtin .and Robson, 2017). I was not able to think logically any task, now I need to work on it.
For this I need to take lessons from my peers and my mentors. This will also help me in
outgrowing my career aspects. It will also help in growing and achieving my career objectives.
This is my weakness. As mention above my strength in swot analysis is communication as I am
very good in written as well as verbal communication so maximum emails of the company done
through my help as my writing skills are very good and I can easily full fill the client's needs by
mailing them on the immediate basis and because of my efforts clients becomes more loyal
towards the company.

Advantages of using swot analysis regarding personal development. It is considered as good
for success as well as betterment. Some of the most common habits that assist to develop
strategies to achieve goals and also shows that where an individual can stand on the path of
measures scopes of measures as well as limitation. It helps to minimize issues and problems and
leads to the boosts the carrier of an individual (Davies, Curtin .and Robson, 2017). It also assist
to boost the self-confidence as well as self-esteem of an individual that can helps them to better
understand of self-image. Simultaneously it helps them to maximize the strengths as well as
reduce the weaknesses as well as focus on abilities,attitudes ,skills,capacity.
Implementing personal swot analysis
implementing means that transforming weakness into strength. If an individual is not creative
and wants to change and also decided to overcome the weakness and becomes creative not
matter what. Creativity consider as a skill that can grow the mindset and also be cultivated
