INTERVIEW PRACTICE
At the time of my college tenure students were asked to attend seminars and conferences
where there were number of discussions as well as this lecturer is being undertaken related to
interview practice. All these discussions and lecturers formally presented by famous universities
representatives from all across the globe. In this persons from renowned Universities and

colleges present their opinions as well as view related to the manner in which interview is
conducted and the key measures which are required to become the taken while going through the
process of interview. Mentioned below there are key findings from seminars discussed:
Formal dress code is required to be uniformly maintained while going to an interview.
It is important to properly maintained gestures and postures in front of interviewer so that
interviews do what have any knowledge related to the tension and nervousness facing by
me.
Proper language code and words that I speak in front of interviewer are required to be in
presentable manner as well as in formal form and it is essential to take care that any
opinion does not turn out to be offensive.
It is essential to maintain proper time frame does it is required by me to reach location of
interview half an hour before in order to show case my seriousness, punctuality and
sincerity towards the vacancy.
It is important to carry all the related documents along with the necessary verification.
ASSESSMENT CENTRE PRACTICE
At the time while I was in college after the seminar related to the interview practice that
were undertaken, other seminar was get arranged by college for students in which students are
provided with the information related to the assessment centre. It is mainly termed as a range of
exercises that were undertaken by companies as well as top recruitment agencies in order to
ascertain courageous and spontaneous skills of candidates. It has been identified by me that this
form of exercises mainly conducted for a day but it last for 6 to 7 days at time. In this candidates
are get indulge in role plays and dramas in order to access that they hold the potential to
overcome challenging situations with their skills. Mentioned below there are some key points of
the seminars are:
During the process of assessment test it is essential for me to remain confident all the
time in order to handle situation in best effective manner.
It is essential for me to answer in a spontaneous manner and further undertake polite form
of communication in order to convey my views and message to every individual in
effective manner.
