For every individual it is critically important to focus on development of career and
goals so that processes are executed appropriately. Personal development plan and
professional identity is important to be considered so that strategies are implemented. Main
purpose of this report is to critically understand the importance of professional growth and
practices (Cabrera, 2018). The Savoy Hotel which is multinational hotel group
headquartered in UK. Organisation has many Competitors in market such as The Ritz
London, The Dorchester etc. It is owned by ITC hotels and it is operating in London near
city of West minister in Central London. This report comprises of benefits of professional
development, skills and competences, SWOT analysis, learning theories.

The Savoy Hotel, Multinational Hotel group which is headquartered in UK provide
number of services and products to customers across the globe. Main focus of this
organisation is to provide and deliver signature restaurants with striking views. Also, they
focus on establishing of positive relationship with customer for longer period of time. They
have been also expanding their business in many other Asian countries to increase their

employer because it helps them to analyse their strength and weakness through which they
