From the above report, it has been concluded that professional development can be described as
continuous training and education in terms of improving skills and knowledge for facilitating
career growth. It includes the use of more advanced strategies and leadership approach while
working in a team to achieve goal of increase outcomes of patient. However, the system
leadership was used and systematic change management was utilising by care professionals to
deliver care facilities in given area.
