1. Advantages of mini project workshops
There are a lot of developments which I have received from this workshop which is
helping me develop my employability factors as a person. This workshop has improved by CV
writing which is creating the first impression of me in the organization (Walling, 2018). The CV
has a format to it which needs to be followed and the strengths and weaknesses which are
supposed to be mentioned in it have to be positive and improved upon as a person which is a
very essential factor. In an organization no one wants to hire a person who is having a negative
impact of themselves which is why the weaknesses also have to be positive in nature so that the
organizations can find them improvable by the owners. There is a growth in my personal and
professional development is what I observed after the workshop which I attended and
improvements have to be made so that I can have a better future for myself and achieve my goals
in the future (Semple, 2018). There are a lot of factors which I learnt about ideal job and
employability which is required in a person so that there is a better functioning not just of the
organization but the expectation which the organizations have out of employees. There is a
standard and expectations which have to be met by the employees which are present in me but
are not matching the professionalism which is required by the organizations in the market. It is
very important for me to develop on these factors so that I can get higher ranks or promotions in
the organization in which I plan to grow into.
In this workshop I came across more options for myself which I can develop myself into
and have a balance with the personal and professional life. It is very important for me to find
satisfaction with the kind of job I look forward for in the market so that I can not just give the
company my best but the company can do something in return as well. There is a ideal job for
everyone who is in the industry but there are a lot of options in front of the employees which is
why it is first very important for the employees to be informed of all the options in front of them
and out of those which is the most satisfactory for them should be applied for so that the
employees can give their best in it (Aronoff and Ward, 2016). There is a responsibility of the
employees in the organization as well which I have learned from the workshop towards the
organization which needs to be done and there must be a sense of loyalty as well so that they can
have a better functioning. This is going to help the employees to grow in the market and the
employees will get the best in return as well.

2. Choices of the portfolio content
I have chosen this content for the portfolio because this is going to make the best be
reflected to the organizations which is going to make me get my ideal job. Communication is the
first thing I will mention on the portfolio because that is the most important factor in the
organization which gets in a sense of functioning and direction which is required to achieve the
objectives (Walter, 2018). Then would come my academic and professional goals which I have
set for my life because that gets clarity of what I want to be in the future. To achieve those
objectives I need to have a plan with me which is going to be effective in nature and how will I
go about it is time management which is going to be prepared by me. It is very important that
there is an updated CV with me all the time so that the organization can know my achieved goals
and the future goals. I take pictures of notes in class, of myself and teamwork so that it can
motivate me and I can keep the knowledge with me because it is going to be useful for a long run
in the market. I have a journal with me too so that I can analyse myself and make improvements
in me accordingly and the future objective I have for a ideal job is that I need a salary for
$40,000 per month because of the knowledge, confidence, professionalism and experience I have
in this field. I would have to work on guiding the employees because I have never guided
professionally in an organization which needs to be developed. It is very important for the
organization to have better functioning and improved version of myself which is going to be
presented in the portfolio. There is going to be the truth of myself which is going to be present in
the portfolio so that the organization can have a clear image of me as a person and that can not
just get trust in each other but also make the organization have a better functioning for ourselves
and the objectives will be met of both (Genau, 2017). There are tips which can be helpful to nail
an interview so that there is better functioning of the organization which is going to be very
effective in nature and going to help me get my ideal job which is going to not just get me
satisfaction but get everything I worked hard for. There is a requirement of all the factors which I
have done for getting my objectives achieved is going to be present in my portfolio so that I can
have a better impression on the organization which is a very essential factor. The academic
writing in this is that the organization can also be helped with my skills and knowledge which I
gained in process of me achieving the objectives in the market which is going to be very
effective in nature (Salas-Morera and et.al., 2016).

3. Define the choices of portfolio contents in your own words.
The portfolio content will cover the following aspect such as-:
1. The communication plays crucial role to as this allows and supports to make interaction
with others (Winberg, Bramhall and Wolff, 2020). I have improved my communication
skill at time of undertaking internship within Xyz enterprise. Thus, I was taking training
of HR. I have found out that communication plays out the effective role to manage the
organization working in proficient aspect. In that training, I have analyzed that I am not
that much good in communication skills. Hence, I have started to make interaction,
adopts online conferencing mode and practice the way that can assist me to improve
communication skill (de Schepper, Sotiriadou and Hill, 2020).
2. Academic objective-:
 To enhance communication skill so that career goals can be accomplished.
 To adopt managerial skill so that my management skill can be enhanced.
Professional objectives-:
 To be the highly skilled HR of highly reputed enterprise.
3. In order to accomplish the academic objectives-:
 I have started practicing communication with so that my communication skill can
be improved and enhanced.
 I have planned to take management training by adopting management course from
some qualified university.
To accomplish professional objectives-:
 I have planned to undergo HR training course so that I can be able to be competent
HR.
4. Ideal job after graduation
 Job title
To be Managerial assistant at XYZ entity.
 Job summary-:
I am good in managing working activities effectively and efficiently. Therefore, I
undertake the course of internship for 3 months.
 Desired salary- 25000 per month.
5. Available resources use to find out job.
In order to get the job, I have undertaken the two approaches such as- employment agencies,
online recruitment agency etc.
Employment agencies- It is agency that provide job recruits by applying their resume to
companies in which they are suitable (Piopiunik, Schwerdt and Woessmann, 2020). Thus,

one of basic advancement of this method is that organization starts to reach recruits by their
own. Therefore, one of dis-advancement is that this is costly process.
Online website- By posting our own resume on job portal aids to find out the number of job
opportunities. Thus, one of basic advantage is that this is cost saving. However, the
disadvantage is that this is time consuming.
6. What is employability skill.
In order to enhance the employability skill, I have focused on mine communication,
critical thinking and teamwork skill so that I can able to become effective employee in
the future. Hence, I have developed my employability skill with help taking experience
by working part-time, volunteering, joining a club or society.
7. Role of higher education.
I have completed my higher education with the qualified competent university. This has
helped me to enhance and develop my skills. Therefore, this has helped me to improve
myself personally and professionally.
8. Role of academic writing in studies?
In order to develop my skills, I have improved my academic writing skill so that I
develop myself to be better competent. I have developed mine strong writing, excellent
grammar and thinking precedes writing etc.
9. What skills are required for employability skill?
In order to enhance the employability skill, I have taking steps towards to improve and
develop my communication, teamwork, analytical and problem solving and personal
management skills. Hence, employability skills are relevant and expertise that has helped
in terms to improve my role in the organization.
10. SWOT analysis-:
Strength-:
I have good problem solving skill that assist me to take proper decision in complex task.
I have good team working skill so I can able to lead entire team in the proper manner.
Weakness-:
I am short tempered due to this my whole working get affected.
I am not in communication skill and that affects my interaction with co-workers.
Opportunities-:
By developing communication, I can able to become effective HR manager personnel.
Threats-:
The existing competition in the market is one of threat due to this the candidates has to
suffer from lot of competition.

4. Explain how these items helps in future after graduation.
In order to get the success in personal and professional life, this is crucial to become the
qualified personal so this is crucial to develop and improve skill that can aids to gain competitive
advancement in the future. Hence, managerial skill will assist me to undertake proper managerial
action so that this will help me to manage the entire working activities in organization in
effective manner. Therefore, I have also developed team working skills so that I can able to lead
my team in the proper manner. I use to motivate and encourage my co-workers so that they can
able to conduct their working in better manner. By developing employability skill, an individual
can able to the qualified competent personnel. Thus, relevant expertise and strengths required for
you to effectively and efficiently carry out better and effective role in an organization. To
become effective employee, I have focused on to improving my employability skill so that I can
be effective in personal traits belonging to successful employees, such as: honesty, good
communication, time-management, goal setting, problem solving, and teamwork.
