1. Advantages of mini project workshops
There are a lot of developments which I have received from this workshop which is
helping me develop my employability factors as a person. This workshop has improved by CV
writing which is creating the first impression of me in the organization (Walling, 2018). The CV
has a format to it which needs to be followed and the strengths and weaknesses which are
supposed to be mentioned in it have to be positive and improved upon as a person which is a
very essential factor. In an organization no one wants to hire a person who is having a negative
impact of themselves which is why the weaknesses also have to be positive in nature so that the
organizations can find them improvable by the owners. There is a growth in my personal and
professional development is what I observed after the workshop which I attended and
improvements have to be made so that I can have a better future for myself and achieve my goals
in the future (Semple, 2018). There are a lot of factors which I learnt about ideal job and
employability which is required in a person so that there is a better functioning not just of the
organization but the expectation which the organizations have out of employees. There is a
standard and expectations which have to be met by the employees which are present in me but
are not matching the professionalism which is required by the organizations in the market. It is
very important for me to develop on these factors so that I can get higher ranks or promotions in
the organization in which I plan to grow into.
In this workshop I came across more options for myself which I can develop myself into
and have a balance with the personal and professional life. It is very important for me to find
satisfaction with the kind of job I look forward for in the market so that I can not just give the
company my best but the company can do something in return as well. There is a ideal job for
everyone who is in the industry but there are a lot of options in front of the employees which is
why it is first very important for the employees to be informed of all the options in front of them
and out of those which is the most satisfactory for them should be applied for so that the
employees can give their best in it (Aronoff and Ward, 2016). There is a responsibility of the
employees in the organization as well which I have learned from the workshop towards the
organization which needs to be done and there must be a sense of loyalty as well so that they can
have a better functioning. This is going to help the employees to grow in the market and the
employees will get the best in return as well.

I have chosen this content for the portfolio because this is going to make the best be
reflected to the organizations which is going to make me get my ideal job. Communication is the
first thing I will mention on the portfolio because that is the most important factor in the

set for my life because that gets clarity of what I want to be in the future. To achieve those

and the future goals. I take pictures of notes in class, of myself and teamwork so that it can
motivate me and I can keep the knowledge with me because it is going to be useful for a long run
in the market. I have a journal with me too so that I can analyse myself and make improvements
in me accordingly and the future objective I have for a ideal job is that I need a salary for
$40,000 per month because of the knowledge, confidence, professionalism and experience I have
in this field. I would have to work on guiding the employees because I have never guided
professionally in an organization which needs to be developed. It is very important for the

adopts online conferencing mode and practice the way that can assist me to improve
