INTRODUCTION
Education and training are very necessary in professional practice and development,
because without proper education and training a person can’t develop its professionalism and
personality. Currently most people are taking various steps towards developing their
professionalism. This report discusses professional practice and development in training and

has always required a specific time period for improving their different skills and knowledge.
Most people not give higher value to that person who has undeveloped abilities and
competencies. In this situation, each person has highly required to develop their various abilities
and competencies. Development is too necessary for increasing levels of different professional
values. When a person completely improves its all professional values, then it will easily able to
