INTRODUCTION
Communication skill are important aspect for career development helping out the
individual to meet out developing objective in career. There is need for individual to have
regularly learning of any technical or non-technical skills along with communication skills such
as listening, writing and questioning (Agnew and et.al., 2019). This is also helpful in developing
cognitive reflection and development in order to meet potential as well as personal objective. In
this report, there will be evaluation of diverse skill interdependency with communication skill
with use of Gibbs cycle of refection.
MAIN BODY
Gibbs Reflective cycle is a tool which is used by individual in helping them out to learn
from their experience. Critical reflection is turned out to be effective in reasoning process
creating out useful meaning from different activity and experiences. The reflective cycle has
usage of six stages in the chronological manner of happening the different events and their
proper evaluation understanding different term and condition. There will need to have critical
evaluation of each and every stage to get into core understanding of personal and professional
development at university level.
While going through the Moodle I have understood that jus experiencing the things will not
be enough to learn. without having the reflection upon experiences, it may quickly forget or
potential learning will lot. It is for the feeling a though merging in reflection. The concept is
generated with potential solution. The reflection will be taking up pace in the six simple steps
starting from description followed up feeling, evaluation, analysing, conclusion and last action
plan.
Description
This stage has overview of the situation regarding the experience going through Module. The
university course tends to provide the knowledge in term of different subject and business case
scenario to develop long term of objective and goals as per the requirement of personal and
professional development in all aspect (Nair and Fahimirad, 2019). We were in team in order to
proceed in module looking to have different background and specification. we were all unknow
to each other meet up with university campus and formation of team have been done by our
tutors. We were given the brief guidelines regarding the important of communication skill in
building up for professional and personals development.

Feeling
In the running up of event in team, we all were having the belongingness form the different
background in which we were facing major level of turbulence in communication. English was
common between us but it has been followed up with different ascent. We all were feeling
certain kind if difficult in approaching each other. Hence, we have understood the importance of
communication skill and team building skill in team work. On the other hand, among team
ember, we have properly distributed the work followed with time allocation to complete the
certain task. I have the team member in the group who are social loafing element needed to be
proper recognize so that team work can be properly done. II have taken up the responsibility to
better maximize of communication and flow of information from one end to another.
Evaluation
In the evaluation, I have understood that team working skills and communication skill have clear
dependency on each other in order to make the improvement in productivity along with
maximizing the talent of employees (Sharma, 2019). Time management is important skill to
make the completion of work with proper effectiveness and efficiency aspect of individual. In
the processing for completion of module I have face major level of difficulty to manage out the
task completion. due to lack of research skill I was not able to acknowledge better information
regarding topic. In addition, the lack of communication I cannot take up help from my friends
and teacher.
Analysing
I have analysed that team building skills in personal and professional development have
clear depend on communication skill. engaging team building skills are clearly looking out to
have establish communication in different team members. the ability to communicate in clear,
efficient ways with critical framework sharing out relevant thoughts, idea and key information. o
the other hand, I have analysis the research skills is ability to have answer to several question
including up the ability to gather up information, review information along with interpreting
bring up allot of solution. I have face difficulty at time of working in team as ICT skill are
subpart of communisation and research skill. Leadership sill is my strength but faces failure due
to lack of respective supportive skills.
Conclusion

From above going through the module and working in team I have analysed that communication
skill is important aspect for overall development of an individuals. Whether it is oral or written
communication both are important to create connection between goal and objective of personal
and professional development (Quendler and Lamb, 2016). I have marked up with important
skill such as time management, research skill, ICT skills and most important communication
skill to create bridge toby professional and personal career development in all aspect. There
will need to have critical evaluation of each and every stage to get into core understanding of
personal and professional development at university level.
