of collected feedbacks from every member and self-assessment, as per my assessment I have
found that my decision making skill is too weak due to this I am unable to take appropriate
decision. In addition to this My technical skill is also very weak through which I am unable to
use computer and other equipment at workplace. I need to improve decision making skill and
technical ability. I have objective to become successful team leader and manager in the
reputed organisation, so for this objective, I need to improve my leadership skill. I have
realised that my strength is my effective communication skill through which I can easily
influence other people and interact with them in excellent manner. In addition to this, I have
also analysed that with help of time management skill I am easily handle multitasking work
at workplace. I can manage and handle large numbers of projects at workplace. In order to
improve my weaknesses related to poor technical skill, decision making ability, leadership
skill I have to design systematic action plan that are discussed below manner-
